been pre ordering for a while, not doin the same now.the game has let me down a lot lately so as i see wich direction it takes then i decide if it's worth to invest more in it.
Both, they are the best they ever made. You get +30 packs for the usual price (like in Witchwood, but I believe it was only 70 packs for 50€) and 2 golden legendaries (like in TBP and the last 2 expansions)
I already played my share of DoD in the early 2000's (the abbreviation brings back fun memories). Jokes aside, I've been thinking of pre-ordering, just because of the Deathwing hero skin, but I'm not sure if it's really worth it to spend the extra money just for some pixels. I have quite some gold ready for buying the packs already. Would be my first pre-order since WotOG.

You would not be spending any money on the portrait. You'd be spending money on cards (at a very deep discount). The portrait is a bonus.
So the question is, do you really want 100 packs in addition to the cards you can buy with your gold?
Having my main game (MTG) playable on my PC for a low price meant I was very much planning on quiting the game but I just can't bring myself to do so, maybe its a case of FOMO or not wanting to fall behind if I do want to play in the future I don't know. Then I see a really good deal (~£90 for 160 packs with amazon coins) and I do think i'll get it and hopefully convince myself HS is still a fun game. I'll see how I feel in a week or so but Blizzard have certainly found a reasonable value point this time.
The slow reveal is compounding on my loss of interest into the game. It would be better for them to reveal all the cards at once at least this time. I just have 0 hype despite being a dragon centered expansion. On top of that I have to endured a slow 20 day drag of some bad cards and a few good ones without having a good picture of what they palnned.
I might skip this expansion and come back only on rotation. I don't like when there are too many cards on standard, instead of them giving more options to play, they just give more tools to the top decks. For me it's always more fun when rotation hits, most decks don't have everthing they need so there is room to play around and exploit their weaknesses.

Bought the big one, this together with 10k gold and dust saved up should be more than enough
No monies so no -.-
Bump, same
The goal of all life is death.
10k gold standalone would be more than enough.

I'm still not sure... I want to pre-order it, but something inside me tells me not to give Blizzard any more money... Damn, I hate my conscience!!! :P

I'm not paying for a free to play game. With that said I used my google play rewards on 2 of the 10dollar bundles
