The Hallow's End event, which included bonus quests, dual-class arena, etc ended today when the new Tavern Brawl came out.
However, the Wild cards that joined Standard weren't exactly a part of that promotion and stick around until the next expansion which is expected in early December.
Maybe they'll make an announcement at Blizzcon saying they saw how powerful evolve and n'zoth are but they don't have enough data to prove they should go back to Wild, so they decided to let the cards stay in Standard until next rotation in order to have all the evidence.

It should be over by now. But I don't have sylvanas and n'zoth in my collection normally yet its still letting me play those cards.
wtf blizz, end this toxic crap already
Agreed. I really can't get into this meta, I hate it... Haven't had any fun for the past 2-3 weeks.
Unfortunately I don't think these cards are going away until the next expansion drops sometime in December.

The featured set will retire when the next expansion is released. For me, I am still very much enjoying Call of the Wild's return
