This is just a random thing I thought of. It's not good. Unseen Saboteur does the same thing. But, if you have Lorewalker Cho and a control shaman deck, it's only a one card substitution and might be worth it every once in a while. You know, for the memes.
The opponent can't combo while they have toads in hand. However, if they play the toads, Cho adds it back to your hand, so you can just do it again. Not only that, but the opponent is overloaded, so they can't try their other option unless they sit through another another turn of fatigue damage. The other option is Malygos + Whirlwind. If they do this, they lose immediately because they can't kill their mecha'thun anymore, so you can just Hex it when they play it.
So, yeah, they're completely screwed. They don't really have a way to get around it because at that stage in the game they don't have any cards except the combo cards. Give it try, if you feel like it.

You wait until just before their Mecha'thun turn. They're in fatigue, and the only cards they have left are 'thun, Malygos, Whirlwind, 2x Inner Rage, The Boomship and maybe some random minion. You play Lorewalker Cho, and then play Rain of Toads. Cho adds it to the opponent's hand.

Wait, are you saying that after all these years there might be a non-meme use for Cho?
