i don’t have enough dust for Prince Keleseth, but enough for 2x Sea Giants. With Crowley, are those going to make the deck ladder viable? Or is Zoolock useless without Keleseth? If so, I won’t play as I don’t want Keleseth honestly.
2. I haven't seen anyone using Summoning Portal in zoo, but if you perhaps add Phantom Militia or some other support cards for it, it could make a fun list to play, but I wouldn't recommend it.
I figured with Summoning Portal the reduction for minions could be great synergy with Crowskin. Again, if I can get to rank 8 to 6 or something I’m happy
Summoning Portal is really bad 99% of the time, but I have used Sea Giants in a custom zoo deck to great effect in the past. Mind you, that was before the wild/standard split, and I haven't tried zoolock for a long time.
Sea giants are tech cards in zoo. They are good vs board flood decks, currently paladin.
If you don't have Keleseth then using various 2 drops can work almost as well.
I don’t see how it’s a tech card. I’m not saying you’re wrong, I just don’t see it. I figured the giants synergizrd with Crowskin as if they cost 0-1 mana you can get a wild board for insanely cheap.
ill axe summoning portal, but I think it the giants are needed for that final push.
BTW, for and warlock fans out there wanting a change from zoo or cube, try even handlock. It’s o much fun and really strong.
Sea giant was use din zoolock builds in the olden times because it had acces to Imp-losion, that could clear something and fuel your giant at the same time,, now, it may work with Fiendish Circle since youll always get the 4 imps, but tbh on of the reasons imp generation was so good for warlock was because they could use Power Overwhelming, so it might not be as good as before
Zoolock is good from rank 11 - rank 5 i only lost 3 winning streak all the way . but my deck did not include crowskin . I use seagiant / and that 5 mana 4/5 deal 1 damage to all at the end of turn + warlock deathknight
Summoning portal is for WAY OLD SCHOOL (had to be all caps because that was literally classic/pre GVG set) and even then hand lock had it whipped. I think summoning portal is mainly for newbies with not enough cards to make a legit deck OR memes. That being said, Keleseth is probably the best value of these decks as the one that does has keleseth is highly rated and zoolocks from Hearthpwn stats have around.
https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1095241-legend-zoolock This is the deck I'm referencing that I found first with best rate (NOT MINE so not advertising.. just saying where I'm getting my info/card choices from). Seems that keleseth combos well with gilda crowskin... granted she also combos well with sea giant as say gilda survives a turn.. first sea giant costing 4, next, 3, next 2... and last 1 (if you have the board space for great value). So... I'd ask around more for potential substitutes before crafting anything BUT sea giant has been fairly typical in zoo lock. Probably a safe craft.
Zoolock without keleseth is perfectly fine deck. Keleseth helps a lot, but so do other 2-drops. More often than not, demonfire is a better 2 drop, especially if you voidwalker on turn 1.
Sea giants are great in any zoo type deck as they will often be 5 Mana 8/8. They make your board resilient to AoE. Since they are classic set, you can use them in every deck. Good value craft.

It's a tech card because in standard zoo you are trying to flood the board but if your opponent clears the board you are stuck with a dead card.
If your opponent is also flooding the board then the card will rarely be unplayable.
The glinda case is a 'highroll' situation rather than the norm.

And is summoning portal a good addition?
Crowley is warrior?
1. Crowley is a warrior card. If you mean Glinda Crowskin, yes then it is fine. Just make sure to add 2 drops like Vulgar Homunculus and Dire Wolf Alpha to support the rest of the deck.

Yes, Crowskin, my bad. That’s what I meant.

Play summoning portal with meat wagon. Its worth it
