After Whispers of the Old Gods, many people have stated playing many different decks in different classes. Out of pure curiosity, I just want to see what other people think is now the BEST class in Hearthstone! (Best as in best results in Constructed/Arena, may not always be your favorite)
Also you can pick your FAVORITE class after Whispers of the Old Gods, if it ever changed since before hand. :P
Should be interesting to see the results as more people vote! Thanks for voting!
I hate to agree, but Shaman has to be the strongest class post WoG. They have a dominant Tier 1 Aggro deck, a viable Tier 2 (at least) Midrange deck, and the tools for a decent Control deck.
My favorite class post-WoG is a toss up between Paladin and Rogue. I'm loving all the new tools Control Paladin received, and it's my favorite deck currently. But Rogue was given some of the most wonderful toys in this new expansion, and it's probably been my favorite class to experiment with in terms of deck-building.
I have to say it's probably Warrior. They're the only calss with multiple viable top tier archetypes that play consistently well. Shaman might have the best single deck at the moment, but Warrior has multiples in the top 5 to my thinking, which makes it the strongest class post Whispers.
Shaman is countered by plenty of decks. It's paladin again. Told you so.
>but muh shaman
Shaman loses to bad hands. I have played against many paladins and lost to so few, it is truly mind boggling that Blizz didn't think they were a problem. They then give them better heal than priests have and call it a day
Balance is, apparently, a thing that you do once 90% of your players have left due to stupid oppressive metagames such as this one.
I think warrior too. It helps that warrior eats shaman and many are playing shaman.
This may be true for aggro shaman, but when I play CW I get pretty much destroyed by totem bloodlust shaman 60% if not 80% of the time and not to sound like an ass, but I'm a fairly experienced warrior player too.

Control Warrior has always had a problem with Shaman because it's so hard for them to get board back. Tempo Warrior (or midrange warrior if you prefer) is much better against them since the minions contest their totems and can keep the board clear while you hit their face.

Yeah I agree with this, and yeah I realize CW just gets destroyed because of Shaman's hero power and their minions. I'll try out tempo and see.
Also the most common deck on ladder doesn't mean the best one. What if wallet warrior was far and away the best deck in the game? Would it be all over ladder? NEVER. Cause it is the costliest deck to make, so many can't make it. The most common deck on the ladder will be the strongest cheap deck, not the strongest overall deck.

Shaman is probably best, many Tier 1 decks (Aggro, Midrange, Totempo). Warrior is also extremely good with many Tier 1-2 decks.
Miracle Rogue & Malyrogue are most fun. I also like Divine Aggro Paladin.
this isnt even up for debate.... shaman easy.
Shaman is the MUST SOLID....

Nothing doing, traveler.

Mostly Harmless

Too many shammys... so I run Patron Warrior :)

Shaman, but I don't think the gap is as wide as say Pally in TGT.
I'd say it's a equal for Shaman and Paladin. They both have several viable deck archetypes to play.
I've been having a lot of fun playing control rogue decks (C'thun, Malygos) and renolock (C'thun, traditional)
There seems to be a lot of love for that Shaman as the best,
but in my opinion Priest is the most fun to play otherwise because of the OTK decks :P
So many people wanting to be good with Rogue, and yet so many bad ones on ladder...
Shaman has two very powerful tier 1-2 decks, Aggro and Midrange.
however, I voted warrior because there are at least 7 competitive decks:
Classic CW, Dragon CW, Cthun CW, Tempo Warrior, Patron Warrior, Pirate Warrior, Aggro/Face Warrior.
patron and tempo and control are tier two at worst, and are arguably tier one since they wreck shaman and zoo
