So, I played Arena today and went against a Rogue.
He was able to put out a Pintsized Summoner on turn 1 which I could not kill and he gave him stealth on turn 2. Needless to say, the game was over really, really fast. I lasted till turn 5 or so.
Was that just extreme random luck or do you think it is possible building a deck around it?
More random luck getting the 2 cards needed. How ever you can have 2 copies of each card in the deck and theres only 30 cards to a deck. If you have 2 of each that takes up around 13% of the deck. and considering that you start of with 3-4 cards in hand. Not hard to see how you could draw these 2 earlie on. But dont forget RNG has a lot to do with what you pull when you draw.

Your life force, is merely my play thing....It ebbs and flows at my will!
It is a good combo, but you really shouldn't rely on it as your main strategy. You'll get this lucky one game out of ten, maybe (too lazy to do the actual math).
Random Number Generator. Basicly any thing that has a chance to happen and not 100%. Like which target Knife Juggler hits or which cards you start with.
Yes arcane missiles can hit stealth. But that's a lucky combo and a very good one. I wouldn't build a deck around it but I would use it when I can.
So can Deadly Shot, Stampeding Kodo, Mind Control Tech, and any AoE (including the not "true" AoE spells like Cleave and Multishot). Not to mention all the cards that can kill the Pint Sized before they would even get another turn in order to stealth it (Guessing we're taking about Master of Disguise here and not Conceal since that is one turn only). And therein lies the probably with building a constructed deck based on the combo, common answers to the combo will be present.
Play must have went Pint-Sized Summoner round one through use of The Coin, at that point they could technically (if lucky) use Conceal to make it much more likely to live through the turn. Turn two they would pull out Master of Disguise, which would cost 2 due to the summoner, and have it stealth the summoner.
At this point, as explained above, there are ways to kill the summoner, but without drawing one of those cards, you could easily be overrun. Many/most AoE spells cost 4 mana, so you they would then have a 4 mana and 5 mana minion out before you could get rid of it. Removal cards a cheaper, but again you would have to pull one in your first 6/7 cards (assuming no draw).
This rogue deck would also need to be decently packed with creature cards, so that you could actually have things to play. Which I feel goes against most rogue decks, but meh.
I played around with it a little bit. You can build a deck around it, but it would be a pretty unrogue-ish deck, if you know what I mean.
You need Shadowstep, Young Brewmaster, Pandaren Brewmaster and Master of Disguise. You will also need minions that deserve a stealth. Pint-sized Summoner can be good but it really gets eaten up by AoE spells, because of its low health. Other nice cards to stealth are the awesome inventions that Gelbin Mekkatorque summons, especially the healing and damage buffing ones. Nat Pagle is awesome in stealth. Master Weaponsmith can be good. You can use the Brewmasters and Shadowstep to get your Masters of Disguise back on your hand to use the combo more often, or put Gelbin Mekkatoque back if you did not get the Invention you wanted. Cards like the Naga and Priestess of Elune can be good in that deck because you can use their battlecry to heal your stealthed guys if they get hit by random AoE stuff. You can also put them back on your hand and play them again for more heal. You could perma-stealth a Questing Adventurer and just leave him stealthed on the board until he gets really big. That would actually scare the shit out of me if I would play against that.
I also tried stealthed Demolishers, but sadly they loose stealth every time when they activate their ability at the start of your turn.

Let me change your mind

The only stealth the Rouge could've given the pint sized summoner is conceal and that only lasts for one turn.
Oh nvm he could summon the Master of Disguise since he had the pint-sized out okayyy
