I'm thinking of crafting the deck. I'm missing Azalina and while I never dust any of my golden legendaries (or other cards than duplicates) I do have one that is useless: The Stormbringer.
What is the community's opinion about this deck? Worth it? I don't have high aspirations, just want to reach rank 15 playing moderately.
I honestly enjoy it, though the same may not be said for the opponent. It mainly revolves around ramping a bit to play draw cards and gain armor to stall the game before swapping your lack of a deck with your opponent's deck.
While there may be some alternate win conditions, such as Spreading Plague into Branching Paths, it is ultimately a mill deck. If you enjoy stalling the game until you draw your combo of Togwaggle -> Azalina, then by all means, go for it.
I already have the Malygos deck and found the Togwaggle one very fun to play. I'm sure the opponent will not like it but this is the game... I'm not happy when I lose to a powerful deck either.
Toggwagle druid is the best deck I've played in years, in my opinion. Both the fun and gameplay aspect. I was really unsure if i want to craft Togg, Twig and Azalina just for this deck but it paid out. Nowdays you do not even need Twig because of Florist, but I would still recommend to have it in the deck. I even think that when played well (and the RNG isn't the worst of the worst) it should never lose to any druid.
It's a pretty cool deck. A lot of the time, you have to make decisions on the fly, switch decks even when you're at similar deck sizes with your opponent, and use his cards to close out the game. Even though the beginning of games can be somewhat similar to each other, the latter half is wildly different each time. You have to cobble together a way to victory when your general draw-and-switch gameplay is not tenable, and that introduces enjoyable variance.
Rank 15 is eminently achievable with it, but games are often difficult because of possible decisions you can make at every turn. It's good to review your decisions after a loss, to increase your overall expertise to pilot the deck.

As an opponent, I do not enjoy. Do you have Malygos? That deck could be cheaper (and imo better), but of course, it's up to you.
If you ask me, it's fun.

Fun to play because no game is ever the same. Not so fun to play against.
Fun to play:>
