This card is supposed to represent how the Twilight's Hammer helped Deathwing by attaching the elementium plates to his spine to stop his immense power from tearing him apart. This card would help you summon high cost minions (like Deathwing) quicker if you win the joust (and draw the affected minion). Unfortunately it could also be a complete miss and doesn't help immediately. But it could still work with the "ramping" nature of the Hero.
Also note the effect can "chain", since there will always be a top card of your opponent's deck (if it's not empty). If you spend the mana, you can cast multiple cards from your opponent's deck a turn.
Taken from the trash mobs on the way to General Vezax. Those that raided it may remember these guys that used to mind control members of your raid. Very annoying! Anyway, Enjoy!
Obviously you would want to play this on an enemy minion and not one of your own. It helps punish your opponent for using their Hero Power, a prominent theme in The Grand Tournament. Leaving at an option for you, however, could go with a "whenever you take damage" card, if that's how the class evolved.
In the same thematic vain as Darnassus Aspirant, Orgrimmar Aspirant, and Dalaran Aspirant. As simple joust mechanic designed to, in the theme of so many Twilight Hammer cards, disrupt your opponent's card costs. If your minion costs more, then your opponent's minion's cost will increase to match your minion's cost.
EDIT: Bumped up the Attack from 3 to 4. The Battlecry certainly does have the potential to massively mess with your opponent's long game, such as by making a crucial combo piece end up costing as much as a Giant, but a lot has to line up just right for that to happen. First you actually have to win the joust, of course, and then the opponent has to actually end up drawing the card whose cost you increased, and by that point later in the game the increase may not even matter. The being the case, I think it would be balanced fine as a 4/3.
Got to say, this week's theme is really interesting, quite a unique take on what was a unique competition in the past months. A big thank you to the mods for letting me play around with a custom class I was taken with! Anyway, on to the submission.
The idea is for a reverse Thaurissan, designed to disrupt and slow down (or even deny) enemy combos. As it is class-specific, I decided to make it a little tougher, albeit less punchy, to fit with the general theme of the Twilight's Hammer.
Well, that's me for the week- good luck to all the other competitors! :)

An early game tool that doesn't serve to simply delay your opponent's plays, to help out against aggro. If a weapon or spell is played to remove it, or if it is ignored, the opponent risks losing some of their board (it triggers before a card is played).
Fitting for the class and theme, as a "reverse Mistcaller", more appropriately costed and statted to atleast give Face Hunter a little bit of a chance.
Small clarification: If a minion reaches 0 Health in your hand or deck, when played they will die instantly.
You pay a total of 16 mana for a 4/4 body and 7/10 hero with op hero power. Seems fair? The reason that Chromatus' final hero power is so op, is because the game would'nt last that long, usually ending the turn or turn after Chroatus is played.
Played: They who dine on lost souls know only hunger. (Shgla'yos plahf mh'naus.)
Attack: Gaze into the void. It is the perpetuity in which they dwell. (Gul'kafh an'shel. Yoq'al shn ky ywaq nuul.)
Death: Where one falls, many shall take its place.. (Iilth vwah, uhn'agth fhssh za.)
I saw the Twilight hero don't have any 6-mana legendary, Herald Volazj is also in Northrend, where The Grand Tournament also is, so pretty logical that he would be released in TGT.
If heroes have weapons equipped, they too will attack a random friendly character.
The battlecry effect is from the ability he use in WoW called "Insanity", where you have to kill illusions of your friends to come out of the spell and be able to continue the fight against him. Some more info: http://www.wowhead.com/npc=29311/herald-volazj#encounter
Decided to add my own token in this submission contest since I got the idea off of seeing the basic cards.
Inspired(hue) by the identical item from WoW and using the same art from Warcraft TCG, it is at Fiery Win Axe range and the Inspire mechanic allows you to keep using it over and over. Of course you can use it at turn 2 for those cases where you must remove something. I liked the idea because the mechanic would incorporate how you try to solve the puzzle box but you fail each time until you give up, with Yogg-Saron's familiar quotes every time the inspire effect is activated.

He turned into this monstrosity after he was friend-zoned for the 20th time.
The effect stacks, of course, if you used your hero power 4 times, you would get 4 of the one card your opponent plays.
Here's my entry for Twilight's Hammer!

Since the Tournament is all about the hero power, here you go! I guess the text is a bit long but hey, I tried. Also, great class! I love it.
Why not give weapons to this class?

OMG i have the PERFECT card for this! I didn't even make it for this competition and yet it's perfect! check it out:
When you play this, you summon one of 4 token minions. Here are each of the minions.
General Drakkisath for your enemy, Y'shaarj can drastically kill their tempo, especially on the late turn this card will be played.
The all-seeing eye of C'thun can even see into your opponent's hand, stealing their cards like candy from a baby.
Arguably the worst of the four, N'zoth still gives you a 10-10 body on the board for your opponent to deal with.
Yogg-Saron's powers of madness allow you to steal the opponent's thoughts (and cards) and use them against them.
What do you think? I think it's awesome, and fitting for the Twilight's Hammer.
