I love your ideas but i have one idea: The ' Brimstone Golem' is ' Salty Dog' 1 mana less with two overload. I like the idea for him but i would just run salty dog. (^_~)

I like your cards. Make more. Introduce a new mechanic. Hell, introduce a new branch of minions like instead of neutral, call them "Enrage" minions that can only be played when your health resource is at 50% or something like this. <---Terrible example, but you get what i am saying.

Needle's Volley: Cool way to make a cheaper aoe. Hawk-eye: My Control Hunter likes. Calm of the Woods: Like it, silence druid hype. Wise Oldman: A worse Shadowfiend. Afraid Treant: Omg the silence druid curve. Ancient Watcher, Afraid Treant, Eerie Statue and then Calm of the Woods. The name sounds a little awkward though, maybe Fearful Treant would be better? Spies: I don't really see the point of this. Demonic Ritual: The variation is so big i can't say i like it. Hellspawn: Don't get the epic rarity, doesn't feel epic at all. Evil Servant: Useless. I would just use Faceless Manipulator instead, more versatile. The Horde: Overpowered as shit. Gives you 3 Ironfur Grizzlys for only 4 mana. Respectable Legend: I actually think its stats are too high. Flame Cloak: Worse Explosive Trap. Soul Shatter: Really powerful. Too powerful. Brimstone Golem: Lmao. Skyward Beam: Its a shittier Lightning Storm. Like literally. Manasource Spirit: Interesting. Light Burst. Interesting as well. Would help Priest overcome OTK decks. Decapitate: Its shit. 75% chance i just wasted 3 mana. Noble Caster: The name sounds awkward on this one too. Maybe Noble Spellcaster? Hulking Murloc: Murloc Knight likes. Minesweeper Goblin: Will never see any play anywhere. But its a fun card so i like it. Werewolf Stalker: Spider Tank and Thrallmar Farseer powercreep. Besides shouldn't be a beast. Worgen are the Werewolves of WoW and Hearthstone and they do not count as beasts. Fearless Knight: Overpowered imo. Infinite removal unless your opponent wastes a card to remove it. Robot Slayer: Very situational. Arcane Master Dellavur: Very interesting. Love it. The Hydra: Its shit. Doesn't actually impact the board in a meaningful way when it enters and can't win you games on its own, which ten mana cards kinda should be able to do.

really nice work, some of the cards are too op such as decapitate, i think if it's was 50% destroy a minion it will be balanced.
