Lor'themar is a spellbreaker, and I would say this would fit the theme greatly. Note that it says after this minion attacks, meaning a taunt would get silenced after he has to bash his head into the nasty Sludge Belcher.
Idea comes from MTG's Detention Sphere. It essentially reads: Remove a minion from play (aka Exile). As long as this minion remains on the battlefield, target minion remains Exiled.
When Detention Portal dies, the destroyed minion returns to the battlefield, under its owner's control, and of course at full health.
Combos very well with a 2nd silence. Play Portal, then Silence the Portal and the minion disappears forever.
I'd like to see an Exile mechanic implemented in Hearthstone.
Nice way to shut down the hero powers if only for a while. The low health helps to compensate for its relative power as most AOE can take care of it. She babbles incessantly in the opponents ear making it hard to concentrate and use their hero power.

Yes that includes itself. A solid minion but especially good in silenceyourownguys.dek
This card could be amazing if it actually has the AoE affect, and even if it doesn't it freezes all minions, and its a good silence or removal target

The silence happens before the attack, similar to how freezing trap procs before any damage is done.
Charge and windfury minions would allow one attack before being silenced.
