Lets say a paladin cast a blessing of wisdom to steal it, next turn you cast windfury on him and steal it back, all buffs will be still active, you will draw 2 cards and atack two times. The thing is not about your oponent stealing him is about you stealing back.
As @Marcuspereiiraa it's like backstabbing yourself...but I really do like the concept, two players fighting over a single minion, until one of them kills it at least... :D
That is cool, not good but totally cool. I totally wish it was just after this a minion is targeted with a spell switch sides and gain charge. Because with whenever the effect is slightly confusing, what if the silence it. So using either before or after would make it better. But on the balance change I feel like you should be able to do a cool combo with it. But as it stands it is a really interesting card to play around.

Just fill your deck with one drops, that is creative deck design, right?
The minion itself just seems counter-productive towards you. I mean, if it gets hit with a 3-damage spell it's still a 4 mana 5/5 with charge for that turn, and if your opponent puts a buff card on it you just gave your enemy a massive threat out of your own deck.

I was think in Sylvannas when i did this card, your oponent must be prepared to the possibility of you stealing it back. so if you overbuff you may face that buff next turn

Except your opponent wouldn't really need to put more than one buff on it to have one hell of a strong Charge minion. I mean, if you could steal it back by targeting it with spells, then that problem could be worked around, but you can't.
uh... so it switch sides first then use spell on that? or spell first then switch sides? I think it should be switch first.. if use silence on it, switch, and gain charge but lose charge and abillity cuz of silence.

I think its a pretty interesting concept, If it where real I wouldn't craft it but if I got it from a pack I would never disenchant it.
