I'll start voting starting from the last page. Getting some love to that side of the competition as well :)
The second to last page is actually the one that gets the least love. There is generally an uptick in votes on the last page compared to previous ones because it's a convenient to look at.
This is a very unusual week, with considerations we normally don't have to make. Here are a couple of things to know:
A couple of people just described their keyword in text and did not make a tooltip image. The rules did not require a tooltip image, so that is perfectly fine! However, the best way for us to make everything look neat and uniform in the poll topic is for everybody to have one, so if you made it to the finals without a tooltip image, I just made one for you, copy/pasting your definition exactly. Does anybody have a problem with this?
Normally, we do not include supporting submission text in the final poll unless absolutely critical, but this week is one where the whole point was to invent new mechanics, many of which do need more than a simple explanation. Hell, the actual keywords in the game have more depth and explanation necessary to understand entirely than what's shown in their tooltips. That being the case, right now we are looking to include spoilers in the final poll that include every finalist's submission post text, copy/pasted exactly, minus minor edit notes and a couple of folks whose submission post text only consisted of "Hello! These this is my keyword, and these are my cards." or something similarly insubstantial. Does anybody have a problem with this?
For the first question, I would make the tool-tips just because it would seem fair if every entry looked as good as each other.
However about the second question, if a entry just has a simple explanation, would you rather them have some text explaining the keyword, just so that they can have some text in the spoiler or only if it important that the keyword needs to explain so people can understand what would happen?

For the second question imho keywords should be easily understood by all players with no further elaboration, that's the policy of the company. However, for us fans it is quite hard to encompass our ideas into easily understood text without a whole team supporting.
That's not true at all. People seem to keep forgetting about Discover when they extol the virtues of keywords that require one sentence of explanation. A good keyword for this competition should require extra explanation beyond the tooltip.

I tried making a tooltip image but it wouldn't let me import it from Imgur/ I don't know how to import it from Imgur.
What you have to do is right click the image on imgur and copy the line to the image. Then you have to click on the link at the top of the edition box, 5 from the right. It looks like a mini-painting with a mountain and little sun. Paste the link in there and the image should come out in the body of your post.
