Flavour Text: Because nothing beats the feeling of being hit in the face by a Devilsaur.
Essentially, you get a full heal at the cost of giving your opponent a huge threat. There is no way to remove the King Krush immediately (unless you have a strong board) without using Preparation, and that requires a 3-card Combo with Assassinate. Compare with Tree of Life or Reno Jackson. You also lose your weapon synergy for an arguably less useful hero power.
The flavour here is that Valeera realises how much fun shooting beasts is, becomes a hunter, and starts going after King Krush.
It's too weak because if you have played Reno Mage / Warlock / anything you'd know the problem is that if you heal up, you lose from their board and you're instantly back in the same spot and if you clear the board you don't have mana to heal. Your card makes this problem worse and is nearly useless as it is right now. Sorry.
I think even if you lowered back the cost and made it summon a Devilsaur instead it wouldn't see play. It's fundamentally bad because of the above problem and even worse in rogue which lacks good AoE. I dunno how you balance this.
It's even mathematically bad. If you healed for a full 30 hp (let's take Holy Light because it's a decent heal:mana ratio and is a convenient number) that's worth 10 mana, you paid 7 for it and gave him King which is 9 but the charge is irrelevant so let's say 8 mana. So you paid 7 to gain 10 and you gave him 8 which puts you at -5 tempo and value disadvantage BEST CASE. So I guess you can try making it 2 mana.
I don't really want to make it too cheap. At 2 mana, you can immediately remove the King Krush using Assassinate or some other form of removal, and I don't really want that to be a readily-available possibility. It was originally 6 mana, and I made it 7 just to be sure. I might make it 5, or even 4, but I think 2 is a bit too low considering you can include 2 of them.
Dear Moderator Asylum_Rhapsody. As far as i understand this week competition rule is:
Your card must replace your hero with another one.
I can see, that below, very intresting card actually replaces hero:
1. Display fake hero to your opponent.
2. When you play class card or hero power, replace fake hero on your opponent screen with the real one.
(page 3, submission 13)
I'm not sure what exactly is the application of this card. The only thing I could think of is Rogues stealing class cards so they would steal from the fake class. Other than that, the effect of this card is likely to be dispelled in 2 to 3 turns.
True but it promotes fun deckbuilding and has an actual function (albeit a minor one). It's at least a bit more useful that the purely cosmetic card on the first page (which is currently the no.1 most voted entry on that page).

Your hero is never actually replaced with this card, so it doesn't qualify.
Meh. No idea why your rules understanding is so unflexible.
Honestly it's a pretty easy fix to keep a similar effect whilst adhering to the rules. I made something for Peddler Rogue that goes like this: "At the start of the game, transform your hero into one from another random class. Whenever you play a class card, transform your hero into one from that class."
Serves two functions: 1. Fools your opponent at the start of the game, perhaps making them mulligan incorrectly. 2. Whenever you play a Burgled card, transform into that class' hero. It might not seem like much, but temporarily having Life Tap, Lesser Heal or Armor Up can be useful.

If you can bend the rules however you want, then there aren't any rules. And it isn't my rule; the winner two weeks ago made it, and the mods enforce it.
Why Rogue is my favourite class:
My submission for this week's card design competition.
