I really like Karazhan so I browsed through bosses and though that Shadikith is really interesting. I decided to keep his AoE silence and charge (he has those in WoW) in mind when I made this:
So you pay for 4 for an AoE silence without drawing a card, you get a 6 mana minion so in total should be 10?
Ok, by first of all the cost should be 7 no matter what, silence can be very powerfull and something with charge too, and by balance cost and value neither should be that cost, I think between 7-9 mana should be fine, and buffing a bit his attack if cost increased, I do not want to make it like Moroes
For balance: Same stats with Leeroy Jenkins (4+4 and 6+2) minus the summoning Whelps so 6 mana is the charge part. The silence part is compared to Mass Dispel, which is a bad card (-1 mana) and no drawing in your minion (-1 mana). So 2 mana is the silence part. The minion must be 6+2 mana so 8 mana.
Personally, I'm glad Blizzard decided to 'phase out' Silences and Big Game Hunter to allow for more interactive play and minions with powerful effects and/or high stats. With that said, I don't think that this card is 'good' for the game. Sure, it certainly can be balanced (as others have already suggested before me), but the end result might be an unplayable card since Blizzard made Silence a 'luxury'. Charge, too, also promotes non-interactive play, so that would make the card cost more to keep it balanced - long story short, you'll end up with a card that nobody plays since it's too expensive and at the same time nobody really likes.
Also, I think you need to work on that picture. It looks bad, to put it lightly.

I think at 6 mana this would be balanced, a little too powerful at 5 given that they want to make silence more expensive.
