If Ysera attacks a hunter with a freezing trap up, it makes ysera's mana cost 11....UNPLAYABLE!!! The only way around it is to either have the coin or be a druid with inirvate or have pint sized summoner, if thats not broken i dunno what is
How do you even play Ysera vs a hunter without dieing? Was he afk for two turns in a row or something?

I'm so glad there is prejudice against playing hunter/zoo/[insert FotM deck here]. People like that make the life so much easier for those of us who play to win.
I hardly see this as "broken". Imagine if instead of Freezing Trap he played Deadly Shot. Would you consider that broken? Because it is just as fatal for Ysera!
If you were able to play Ysera next turn, would it make any difference? Once you trigger that trap knowing the risk, you have already lost. Just accept it and move on. Btw it's really rare to see anyone being able to play Ysera against a Hunter unless he's really bad.
Actually you can not coin it out, or innervate it after it has been hit with freezing trap. The reason is that your mana tray can not go over 10 mana crystals at one time.
It's a very rare situation anyway. Not nearly as frustrating as playing as Hunter and every time you play against Priest, getting beat by your own cards, because that's what Priests do ... eurgh ... Twice today Priests have stole big cards from my deck to use against me. King Krush was especially painful, when I had precisely 8 health remaining. But I wasn't going to make a thread about it!

Never test traps with your best creature on the board, simple as that.

Yup, use a cheap minion to bust that trap.
was the only minion left on the board and it was coming down to a health race

Good point.

Mostly that. Oh, and Mountain Giant costs 12!
The cards may be evil, but nothing is as evil as the player using them.
