But then you're stuck with a board of 1/1s that you can't remove yourself and a 1/7 as your only flexible slot. It's more of a curse to forever be stuck with only 6 1/1s unless you play a spell heavy deck. You might not even be able to jaraxxus or use bane of doom effectively
If this were 2 mana it might be good... At 3 it still probably wouldn't be playable.
Compare to IGB: 3 mana 2/4 + 1-4 1/1 creatures (usually 2)
For this to equal that, it would need to attack or be attacked ~5 times
Should have at least been a 2/2 at 4 mana.
It's not about hitting something for 1, it's all about synergy. There are many buffs to hit it with, you can actually run Sacrificial Pact for heals instead of healbot and this will also improve your matchup against other warlocks, it gives you Power Overwhelming targets, etc.
Unlike Grim Patron, these 1/1's don't have Warsong Commander nor do they pose much of a threat. Even a board full of 1/1's isn't that threatening in the mid/late game and that would be the ideal (albeit extremely unlikely) scenario for this card.
Faceless the Warsong, drop Dreadsteed and Undetaker. Ram dreadsteeds into patrons and power up the undertaker. Maybe toss in a Knife Juggler for the fun of it.
More like if you even have a single Dreadsteed out, he'll instantly create a board full of Grim Patrons and you auto-lose.

Good idea, however the rope won't allow you to OTK.
Looks like it could be quite a nuisance...
Is it me or every single warlock cards so far are disgustingly useless? Oh and Yes that includes Wilfred Fizzlebang.

VS
this card and
abusive sergeant, dwarf, cult master, spell buffs for minions, mal'ganis, etc...
sure, it's 4 mana, but that doesn't mean it needs to be played on turn 4. it can come out through void caller, which would be sweet.
imagine this card with kel'T lol
sure... if it wasn't a warlock card...
Blizzard are you FUCKING HIGH!? I wipe my ass with card ideas using this art that are better than this!?
What a goddamn waste of Dreadsteed, I'm so worried that Jormungar is gonna be some unplayable bullshit now...
You couldn't just make it a 3/2 for 5/6 mana atleast so it has board impact?

Yup, it's basically giving Warlock the Druid hero power if they ever want it. I guess they could enjoy that, maybe sometimes.
I think I watch more Hearthstone than I play. Not sure how I feel about that.
I'm still waiting for a blue post saying
Dreadsteed keeps all the buffs when it reborn

This might be okay in arena.

Someone mentioned this already, but one amusing thing you can do with this, if your opponent has Warsong Commander + Grim Patron on the board, you can play Faceless Manipulator on the Warsong Commander + Dreadsteed + Undertaker for an infinite damage combo.
Guldan: "Brother Malfurion, now I know exactly your feelings during each spoiler season T_T"
Malfurion: "You BMing piece of Kappa! Are you telling me you believe every Kappa word Ben says? Didn't you see my new legendary?"
Guldan: "I.. I do apologise. We now shares the same fate of getting faced in the future with the crazy Lock n Load hunters..."
Rexxar: "(secretly laughing and says nothing...)"
If there is a card with an undertaker effect everytime you summon a demon... this could be perfectly viable
This strikes me as a card that will be good on accident later on after 3 more sets are released.
But right now, no serious deck could play this.
turn 5 Anima Golem would be good follow up. Not that I think warlocks need this or this is better than other plays.
Grim Patron loves this card.

Tend to agree. This has a lot of potential synergies.
Yeah, you should concede after doing this terrible play and never play Hearthstone again...
Perfect target for power overwhelimng + void terror (excluding nuerubian egg).
but you get 4 1/1s for 10 mana! value!
