There's actually a factual answer answer to this: it doesn't matter.
It only affects wild and the devs go between paying lip service to that mode and ignoring it entirely for months at a time. Point being that if a 68% win rate for secret mage doesn't prompt them do anything about it no amount of community discussion is going to have any impact.

Here is a fact.
After sorting all Wild decks by win rate, EVERY deck on the first page has a win rate of over 65%.
Here is another fact.
HS Replays win rates for individual decks are grossly inflated.
Anybody who doesn't understand this, and quotes them should be completely ignored.
Secret Mage has a decent win rate in Standard, but it wouldn't if they nerfed this card.
So no, it's not going to happen -- not because they don't care about Wild, but because cards deserve a chance to realize their potential in Standard while they live there.
Wild is always going to be broken. If it weren't Secret Mage, it would be something else. In fact, Secret Mage is proof of that -- not so long ago, Big Priest was all anyone could talk about. Barnes gets nerfed, and suddenly Secret Mage is the new Tier 0. Nerf this, and it will just happen again.
Expecting Wild to be balanced is like expecting Michael Bay to make a movie with no explosions.

Or should it be minions only??
Feel free to discuss!
just nerf to 4 dmg and its fine, 6 is absurd imo
The card text states "... deal 6 damage". If it was intended to be only on minions, it would state "... deal 6 damage to a minion".
The card is not even played in Standard. And this couldn't be some silly attempt to reduce the power level of a good Wild deck, could it?
