Why is everyone crying about the new rogue quest? Sure, it's a rather good card and deck archetype compared to some other new cards and archetypes, but might I remind you all that we still have to deal with Pirate Warrior being the strongest deck by far for more than 4 months already? I still don't understand why Blizzard hasn't nerfed pirate warrior yet (they are still the strongest class by a country mile since the STB-nerf) and there's nothing fun or interactive about playing with or against a pirate warrior: It's mostly hitting face for 5 turns, and by then they win the game for 75% of the time. And it's only gotten worse since Reno had been cycled out with this new expansion. So now there's another strong deck that's out for just 1 day (that most of the time doesn't even hit face till turn 5) and people are already crying for a nerf? I think it's fair to say that they need to get their priorities straight.
i seriously didnt know people thought it would be op (because the pros in the internet said its dust kappa) until i looked up to the forums because im playing paladin only the last days with sunkeeper control typ of decks 0 issues again rogue
I play a Midrange non-quest Hunter deck that, when played aggressively, easily takes down quest Rogues (provided they don't get lucky and have the tools to complete the quest on turn 4-5). Cat Trick left stealthed until you can Houndmaster it is a great tool for 6 damage to the face (possibly repetitively), and takes it out of range of being killed by Backstab. (Giving Huffer windfury c/o Crackling Razormaw is also a pretty awesome play in this matchup.)
Well yeah, the deck does not lack counters on the deck level... But it's aggro. Answer to Quest Rogue is basically "kill them on 5." They have no taunts or healing, they can't stop you if you just play weapons and charge... But a lot of people aren't exactly happy with "Gadgetzan, except now the Jade Druid equivalent is also effectively an aggro deck."
Yeah, kill it by turn six, seven at the latest. The turn after it finishes the quest, you are probably dead. If you taunt up and heal, you only pointlessly buy yourself a turn.
Tried this. When dirty rat summons a minion it counts toward their quest.
Stop crying and play pirate warrior.
Aggro decks slaughter Quest Rogue.

My hunter deck hasn't lost to a rogue yet.
Un'Goro. The good, the bad, and the ugly.
Good: Elementals & now Reno free!
Bad: Serious balancing issues will need to be addressed.
Ugly: The Caverns Below. See above.
Mind sharing this deck? Would love to try it.

too soon to decide if its OP or not.
I can counter it really well if I play Aggro Carnassa Hunter.
Funny enough it also counters Amara Priest as well if you kill them fast enough, or save that extra Tundra Rhino.
Only thing though is that I always lose to the occasional Murloc Shammy or Galvadon Pally... so its kinda iffy

Forgive me, friend. I have failed.

ROGUE HAS VCOUNters
Just fill your deck with one drops, that is creative deck design, right?

Rogue vs rogue.. The one who complete the quest first is the winner
