As someone who loves playing all three of the respective Reno decks, I hope that Reno never moves into the classic set. Many of the people in the community don't like the feeling of Reno being this "lucksack" card, where your entire strategy against aggro is playing Reno on six. That feeling is quite oppressive, and I tend to agree. However, the skill required in building a deck of 30 competent cards that all do something useful while sacrificing consistency is quite a challenge, and I agree that it should be rewarded with powerful cards, Kazakus being one of them. While Blizzard should definitely release cards in the future that further support the "Reno" style deck, I think a more viable move on their part would be to create better neutral healing cards. Cards like Earthen Ring Farseer and Refreshment Vendor being played in every Renolock and Ronald Mage at the moment, simply because good neutral heal like Antique Healbot no longer exists. More neutral heal makes classic archetypes such as Freeze Mage and Miracle Rogue a bit more viable, which have little to no representation on ladder at the moment. TL;DR, more Reno style cards but never Reno Jackson ever again.
If you like Reno so much, start playing Wild. That's where cards like Reno belong after their two years in the limelight.
Honestly, this request is every bit as weak and stupid as all those people complaining about the introduction of Standard a year ago. Unable to let go of their pet strategies even though those strategies will be available forever in a format that is literally, utterly indistinguishable from Standard in any way that's relevant.

Reno should rotate out like every other old card, the meta will adapt to the new expansion and if you really like it go play in wild.
Top deck is cheat

I don't see any reason to make him part of the classic since it can be replenish by many card ideas
