I thought about answering all your questions in my words in one post so you and others that have the same questions can refer to this post if you're ever in doubt and because some of the answers given previously were wrong.
A minion with stealth loses stealth when it takes/deals damage or certain actions (IE: freeze) are inflicted upon them before they deal or receive damage, in this case, Patient Assassin dies if it takes lethal damage resulting from combat. Stealth effectively only makes that your opponent can't target your creature with anything (weapons, creatures, spells, hero powers), however, the creature is still vulnerable to global or area of effect spells.
Lightning Storm gets +1 minimum damage and +1 maximum damage for each spell damage point you have, so if you Malygos and Azure Drake in the field, your Lightning Storm will do 8~9 damage (randomly calculated individually for each minion) to all enemy minions.
Priest's hero power by default is Lesser Heal, if you use Shadowform, you lose Lesser Heal and your hero power becomes Mind Spike instead, you now deal 2 damage instead of healing 2 life, it also costs 2 mana. If you use Shadowform a second time while a first one is in effect (it's permanent by the way, it can't be removed) Mind Spike becomes Mind Shatter and you now deal 3 damage, still costs 2 mana.
You do not see the cards that your opponent copied with Thoughtsteal
Shadow of Nothing is what it is, a 0 attack 1 thoughness card that costs 0 mana. Hey, it's better than nothing, it's a shadow of nothing!
Vaporize works in every minion that attacks your hero, summoned, cast, mind controlled, whatever, it's irrelevant, they attack your hero, they die. This damage can't be prevented since it's a destroy effect, there's no "damage" per sé involved.
Lord Jaraxxus is a somewhat complicated card. Regardless of how much life you have, your total life becomes 15 (do note, this will become your Max life, so under normal circumstances, it can't be raised above this number) and your hero is replaced by Jaraxxus. Your hero power is no longer Life Tap, it is replaced by Inferno! and you also get a free Blood Fury when Jaraxxus is summoned. So, to resume, 15 health, Blood Fury, Inferno! NOTE: Jaraxxus is a hero, but he is still a demon! Be careful when using it in a mirror match since Sacrificial Pact instantly kills Jaraxxus, making you lose the game.
Gladiator's Longbow makes your hero Immune while attacking, meaning he won't suffer any damage or effects that could result of him attacking.
Doomhammer is a weapon with windfury, meaning you can attack twice with it every turn, you lose one durability for each attack so if you attack twice, you lose two durability, if you only choose to attack once, you only lose one durability.
A minion with windfury only gains windfury when attacking, it only retaliates once when defending.
Cleave can only be played if the opponent has two or more minions in the field, if he only has one creature it does not take 4 damage, you simply can't play the card as there are not enough eligible targets.
[card]Frothing Berserker[/card] gets +1 attack every time a minion (yours or the opponents) takes damage, not your hero.
Free level of rarity means that the card is free, you don't get it in packs, you get them from accomplishing certain objectives. These usually qualify as basic cards.
Gorehowl loses durability instead of power if you attack a hero, yes.
Creatures with taunt, taunt everyone, you still have to kill it before your hero can attack the other hero directly, or silence it or whatever you wish, but your hero can not attack the other hero directly if he has a creature with taunt unless it's stealthed.
Priest's hero power can not raise the life of any creature past their max life, there is one thing called max life, and another called current life. When a creature is at max life the number is white, current life will change the color of the number to red and it will be qualified as "damaged". Only certain specific cards can raise the max life of something, and they are specifically stated in the card.
Armor works with fatigue like health, you take fatigue damage to the armor first.
[card]Avenging Wrath[/card] can also target the hero so if the opponent only has one minion, for every shot there's a 50% chance that it will hit the minion, and 50% chance that it will hit the hero.
[card]Repentance[/card] is not triggered by tokens usually, since it only triggers when a creature is played (cast), not summoned by other effects so if a Paladin uses his hero power, [card]Repentance[/card] won't be triggered.
[card]Knife Juggler[/card] says summon, the term summon and play are very different.
[card]Holy Wrath[/card] forces you to choose the target before you draw the card. The opponent takes the damage in the card you picked but he does not get to see which card it was.
The effects of [card]Inner Rage[/card] are permanent, both the damage and the attack increment.
[card]Venture Co. Mercenary[/card] does not increase the damage of [card]Holy Wrath[/card], just like [card]Molten Giant[/card] still deals 20 damage if it's drawn with [card]Holy Wrath[/card] and your life total is below 30.
[card]Gaddgetzan Auctioneer[/card] and [card]Holy Wrath[/card] work like this: First you play [card]Holy Wrath[/card], the spell is in the stack and [card]Gaddgetzan Auctioneer[/card] triggers making you draw one card. Then, [card]Holy Wrath[/card] resolves and you get to choose a target, then, you draw a card and deal damage equal to its mana cost.
If you return a minion to your hand, it loses effects such as silence and freeze. If you silence a minion that was inflicted with freeze, it loses all card text he has and effects inflicted upon him, meaning he is no longer frozen. If you return a minion to your hand, you don't remove changes to the card, example: [card]Polymorph[/card] or [card]Hex[/card].
Yes, all the tokens receive the buffs from [card]Power of the Wild[/card] and [card]Savage Roar[/card], including [card]Onyxia[/card]'s tokens *wink*
If you play [card]Edwin VanCleef[/card], use [card]Shadowstep[/card] on him, and play [card]Edwin VanCleef[/card] again, it counts as two cards played before him so he would be come a 5 attack 5 life creature.

Curiosity: If you stealth a taunt minion, it cannot keep taunting until he comes out of stealth.
And yes, as soon as you drop Nozdormu, the timer begins
If you mirror entity a Jaraxxus, you don't get to be Jaraxxus too, you get a 3 - 15 Jaraxxus minion.
I have several minions on the board and Redemption, the opponent kill them all with some mass spell like flamestrike.
Which minion will be revived ?
the one you played to field first
Let me change your mind

Bane of Doom can summon every Demon that is not Lord Jaraxxus or Pit Lord. Which means, Bane of Doom can summon Blood Imp, Voidwalker, Flame Imp, Dread Infernal, Succubus & Felguard. NOTE: None of the Battlecries will take action.

Gelbin Mekkatorque can summon Homing Chicken, Emboldener 3000, Poultryizer and Repair Bot.
Ancient Mage gives +1 spell power to the creatures directly to his right and his left when placed in the field.
Ysera is a 4 attack 12 life creature that has an effect which at the end of the turn, can summon one of the following cards: Dream, Laughing Sister, Emerald Drake, Nightmare or Ysera Awakens
