actually it does copy the battlecry but it doesn't trigger it because the coppied minion's battlecry would only trigger if the minion was played from hand. But if you were to return it to your hand, since it transformed into something else you would return not faceless but the coppied minion to your hand. Therefore if you were to play it again it's battlecry would trigger.
No; Stealth will prevent a minion from being targeted by anything that requires the player to select it, be it a spell, ability (in this case), or attack.
Edit: to avoid confusion, you CAN target your own minions with Stealth, just not enemy minions. My original post was incorrect.
thats only partially true. You can't target your enemies stealth minions with a spell, ability, or attack. but you can target your own stealth minions. So you can copy your own stealth minion but not your opponents
1. Opponent has active minion (no sleepy one), it's my turn - I play Sylvanas Windrunner, kill her, take control of the minion ... ... can I attack with that minion that turn ? I was pretty sure that I can (it's logically and I think I sow the explanation like that on the forum) ... ... but yesterday on Cockatrice someone told me that I can't and he is sure about it. Please clarify it for me.
2. I play a minion, secret is activating -> what is first - battlecry or secret text ?
1. I'm not entierly sure but I believe it works like this. Temporary control like shadow madness will allow you to attack directly. Permanent control however like mind control will not allow you to attack. Unless sylvanas is an exception she should follow the same rule.
2. Battlecrys activates before secrets. Only exception to this rule is Jaraxxus.
Unless you used Shadow Madness to control opponents minion or the the opponents minion had charge, all mind control mechanics don't allow you to attack the turn the minion switch sides. So if you play Sylvanas Windrunner and kill her unless the minion had charge you can't attack with the stolen minion that turn.

Curious, but do we have a blue confirmation of this? The only difference in the way the abilities are worded is "take" vs. "gain" on Shadow Madness, which from an English standpoint I would not consider to be different in terms of gameplay.
I only had a few minutes to look around, and the arguments I could find on the forums involved some live stream games with Mind Control Tech where someone took a minion with it and didn't attack. However, the minion they stole did not have the sleep animation, so this was either a bug or yet again another case of very inconsistent rules.
The wording doesn't help anything in this case the knowledge of attackablitiy for mind controls are all from fireside duels. The same card, old name, Shadow Madness (Dark Command in the video) was used to steal a raid leader and it attacked right away. In the same video mind controled Cenarius was unable to attack the turn it swaped.
I'm sure noone know the answer at this point as I haven't seen the quesiton before or seen a video about it but I think it's safe to say it starts at your opponents turn as you can just play him a minute into your turn anyway.

I still don't think it's conclusive (I'm not arguing that it's not the case, I just don't think we know 100% at this point). He doesn't even try to attack with the stolen Cenarius, he just takes it and immediately passes the turn. You could argue that if he could attack with it he definitely would have, but we've all seen various levels of misplays on the live streams due to pressure, etc.
Either way, this goes to show that we absolutely need better rules text on cards.
It's not just that he doesn't attack there is no green aura around the card. If watch the video again If you have enough mana for a card the cards you can play have a shinny green aura and the minions you can attack with also have the green aura (which disapperes once you attack with it and doesn't exist when you summon it).
Fortunatelly Blizzard has more or less confirmed they will update, if not already, a lot of card text as well as keywords to be clear and exact, we just need to wait for them to make it public in probably the next "patch".

Faceless Manipulator can target stealth minions ?

Ah yes, sorry. Stealth is a targeting restriction for enemies only.
I have two questions :
1. Opponent has active minion (no sleepy one), it's my turn - I play Sylvanas Windrunner, kill her, take control of the minion ...
... can I attack with that minion that turn ? I was pretty sure that I can (it's logically and I think I sow the explanation like that on the forum) ...

Also I just realised if you Faceless Manipulator your own stealth minion, it will also copy as a stealth minion as well.

If i play Nozdormu, i'm affected right away or it starts on the opponent's turn ?

Ah, I see now; thanks. Better card text would alleviate so many of these issues...

Swipe, if i deal 4 damage to the hero, all his minions will be target for the 1 damage ?

Secrets are spells ?
