Now obviously we probably haven't seen all the C'Thun related cards and it's possible that every class will get one of those "If your C'Thun has X Attack, Y happens" cards. We'll most likely have to wait for the set to release before we know the answer for sure, but here is a thread where we can simply discuss our feelings.
I think one of most obvious thoughts is Rogue because of stuff like "Prep + Sprint" Combo, Fan of Knives and Gadgetzan Auctioneer, but Warlock could potentially work well because of the Life Tap Hero Power, and Warrior could work well because it has a lot of control tools, the appropriate Hero Power for a C'Thun deck and the C'Thun synergistic Ancient Shieldbearer card. Priest could also work well because it's a Control based class with the appropriate Hero Power for it. Theoretically, one could experiment with a C'Thun deck in just about every class.
What do you guys think?

I suspect every class will get C'Thun synergy cards. Since we don't know all of the class-specific synergy cards for some classes, any opinion that we form now will be heavily biased towards the card we do know.
Any class that can run successfully mid-range decks without losing tempo/board too fast can run a C'Thun splash deck with little to no need to alter the deck much. So that makes it perfect primarily for Warlock and Paladin and to a lesser degree Druid. Warrior and Priest can run full fledged control decks with C'Thun. I don't see it working too consistently for Mage, Hunter and Shaman (maybe with a new heavy control style it might, tho). Rogue is totally in the blue. We need to see what they get to determine how successful they can run such a deck.
Any control priest should be able to use C'thun with ease as they have the tools to be able to get to late game. I wouldn't be surprised to see lots of priest C'thun control decks.
IMO, All other classes won't be as good with c'thun, or will have better archetype options. After all, tecnically anyone can make it, but why would you play c'thun lock if renolock is better? (Idk if its actually better, just an example)
I want say Warrior will be the best, but their is a chance the other classes will get better C'Thun synergy cards that will push their decks to be just as viable as Warrior. I'd personally hold off my judgement until they reveal these cards.

So my tentative prediction:
S: Warlock / Paladin
A: Warrior / Priest
B: Druid, Shaman
C: Mage
D: Hunter
Rogue TBD.

I won't tell you what the autospell function on my phone tried to change C'thun to.
