It came to a point where i needed a necessity to open a topic about the bot situation in wild. It literally is unplaayble with %90 of the matchups being against bots with mech rogue, with automatically generated names
Yes... but don't worry... the elite uber-guards of the game have assured me that as soon as you play and beat 14,303,721 of these, your MMR will be high enough that you'll NEVER... E-E-E-E-E-EVER... see a bot again.
Of course, my personal take on that is the wannabe supergamer that made that reply to my similar thread is simply too stupid to recognize when he's playing a bot.
I can't think of a list that could currently be strong in Wild.
I am at Diamond 5 so far and I have not seen even one Mech Rogue the whole month.
If you see a lot of bots with one deck type just build a deck to counter it. This way your winrate and MMR will rise fast and soon there will be way less bots.
I can recite the deck list from memory now. :) It can occasionally win if it gets a big magnetic minion to stick (I'm currently looking at an 18/17 windfury divine shield) but if you can keep the board clear, it's an easy win. There's also a minion-buff paladin and a pirate rogue variant kicking about but they're much less common.

If you're netdecking your ass off sure you can win against the mecharogue bot army, but if you want to play anything remotely original wild is an absolutely abysmal experience right now.
"...but if you want to play anything remotely original..."
... then you shouldn't be surprised that your win rate is rather weak on ladder.
Look at this guy playing a children card game like that's his job. Sad
I tend to mess around once I hit D10 and honestly don’t see much of these bots. The other day I tried playing in the morning and got hit with 6-7 in a row. In the afternoon and evening the same day, either no bots or just better coded bots.
But anyway… that response to the meta bro really made me laugh! Thanks for that!

I had barely played this month until the expansion hit, so I'm in low plat right now and last night I had the displeasure of running into 4 suspiciously mechanical rogues out of 5 opponents.
It's not helping my case that I'm only playing Splendiferous Whizbang, whose decks don't run a lot of early removal or AoE, but I'm seriously considering dropping Hearthstone for good. If I wanted to play cards against a computer I would have a lot more fun doing that in Balatro or Slay the Spire.

All of this right here... and if it's not bots... it's endless Standard Whizbang decks in Wild... I'm 23 games in today and I've played exactly TWO wild decks... every other deck on ladder in Wild is a MechRogue bot or one of a plethora of Standard Whizbang builds.
... make it 24, as I type this, and another Standard Shaman Elemental deck.
Well, I'm not sure if Renolock counts as an original deck, because it's old as hell, but I'm using my build and those decks are annoying, but they are mostly removal check. They have somewhat explosive starts, but after turn 5/6 they are weak, their biggest threats are Ini and mech Titan, sometimes Mimiron. Don't play greedy against them, just clear the board and dump your hand if you have cheap minions, they love to trade, but they are almost always sub-optimal. Basically counterplay is like against any other aggro deck, but their play pattern is their weakness, they don't recognize high power deathrattles. They have some primitive threat detection, like targeting brann, so, high value targets basically have taunt. For tech cards against them I recommend using BGH, because they like to put all magnetize minions to one target or starfish for mass silence.
P.S. netdecking is not an inherently bad thing, IMHO, especially for new players, because netdecked decks still require tuning for the meta and rank. If you want to build your custom deck-that is absolutely fine, but some strategies simply work better than the others. I have a ton of versions of Jade Shaman, including Reno, elemental, quest and so on, but I maintain them for my own pleasure, because I know, that this package is too slow to be relevant, compared to the other archetypes.
Hello everyone,
It came to a point where i needed a necessity to open a topic about the bot situation in wild. It literally is unplaayble with %90 of the matchups being against bots with mech rogue, with automatically generated names
Everyone else experiencing this?

Used them to grind all the new challenges
whats your rank ?
Just went from Diamond 10 to Diamond 5 without a loss using a Reno Warrior. All opponents were Rogue Mech Bots except one.
WTF does it matter? A pest is a pest.
How does a Mech Rogue looks like?

Well it should be easy wins right? Im D3 now and met this rogue bot once this season.
