I once played against someone who had 7 animal companion in their arena deck. Some cards have amazing value, and you can never have too many of. Fireball is near premium removal and can be thrown to the face. After you play 2, your opponents wont see the 3rd let alone the 5th coming.
There is a such thing as too few creatures, where you can't get a threat to stick to the board and are playing catch-up with your opponent's creatures, either wasting AoE on big guys or spot removal on small guys. Your deck has plenty of minions so that doesn't look like an issue.
5 fireballs in hand = lethal. i had a draft where i had 4 fireballs in the deck and had all 4 of them in my hand at once; 2 fireballs to the face 2 turns in a row is devastating. there is such a thing as drafting too many, but honestly i think 5 is perfect, 6 is about the max.
Nope, fireball is in a sweet spot where you can kill a minion at least 1 or 2 mana higher than the cost of the fireball (like the spitefull, even ogre or golem with hero ability), enabling you to play a reasonably sticky minion together with the fireball. I would say that fireball is probably always the pick up to 4-5 fireballs (maybe a flamestrike or water ele can beat it depending on your other cards). Generally; if in doubt more fireballs are always better!
Just drafted a mage arena and managed to pick up five fireballs. Is this too much or are never too many fireballs?
thanks
Just search for Archmage Antonidas combo's. One can never have too many Fireballs
No way fireball is op in arena.

There's no such thing as too many fireballs. Its like swipe.
sooo... did this go 12?
Never say no to fireball...
Also you have 2 duplicates to make sure you have enough minions, should be fine ;)
Just my 2 cents
thinly veiled brag
No, never
Always pick the Fireball...it's my mantra.
