Does anyone know how disenchanting mechanic actually works right now? So if I disenchant nerfed cards I will never get them in packs again? Is it the same for legendary cards??? (
The "no duplicates" rule is only for the first time you are missing cards. If you dust something you will receive it randomly after you completed a rarity.
For example if a tier had only five cards (A, B, C, D, E) and you have three of them already (A, B, C), if you dust one of the cards (A) you will receive the two missing cards (D, E) first, then receive any of the cards (A, B, C, D, E) at random.
Yes. You can't get them in packs again, until you've collected every card of that rarity, at which point you'll get it randomly with the same chance as every card you haven't disenchanted
But I have all common and rare cards except for the ones I dusted, and new packs do not grant me them, they give me duplicates, but not the cards I am actually missing.

As intended. If you dusted a card, you technically "have it". The game counts giving it you as giving you a duplicate. So you have equal chance to get the first copy of the one you dusted and the third copy of the one you have 2 of.

Thank you! This clarifies it. unfortunately ((
