If you seriously think Azari is easy, you need a brain surgery
Never lost to Azari or even come close. He barely even threatens on the board and 2 cards/turn milled is not very threatening when your deck is that size by the end.
Although you might be right and that he is super difficult but I am just a Hearthstone super genius which makes him seem easy to me.
Azari is easier if you draft mid-range or aggro decks. I think xol is the easiest boss. You just need to set it up so you can discard the quest. The key is to keep the 3/8 alive and make him lose all his cards.
2) King Togwaggle: The king is the king for a good reason, the longer you play him the more busted he gets, if you can kill him quick good stuff but it's a very swingy game, you can lose or win from nowhere.
3) Azari the Devourer: He tempos demons at you while removing your deck, again a very swingy game all depends what cards he eats, mulligan for a card that can give you advantage late gate since you'll have no cards in your deck quickly.
4) Xol the Unscathed 's match is all about making him discard his Nether Portal , at the right time with his demon you'll lose otherwise, dont put too many minions out at once.
5) Vulstrasz the Ancient: The key to this guy is only breaking one or 2 chests and no more, dont break no chests though as he buffs his chests up to massive proportions.
I've only faced Togwaggle as the final boss once and defeated him in an epic battle where we both went fatigue. I was Hunter with double health and max minion cost of 5. Early on he dominated with absurd cards and had me down fromm 100 to 30 health, however I had Rexxar and from turn 7 I could build the best beast possible and play it for 5 mana for infinite value. It still took until Togwaggle was 8 deep into fatigue until I won.
This depend on your card and the treasures that you choose + boss RNG.
For me hardest -> weakest.
1) King Togwaggle : with his super RNG treasures, he use Wand of Disintegration at my full board 2 times destroy my deathrattle priest then Embers of Ragnaros to shoot all that 3 fireball to my face.
But the other time he drew Archmage Staff and Dr.Boom's Boombox while I have Clock of Invisible so his board are full and cannot get rid of those bomb.
2) Xol the Unscathed : just like King Togwaggle but have fewer RNG and discard deck that some time destroy herself.
3) Vulstrasz the Ancient : His treasures box alone is nothing to scare but can be danger if he buff too much. He have many board clear spell from priest (Lightbomb, Holy Nova, and Spirit Lash) so if you let him buff those box with Velen's Chosen and summon minion that +1 spell damage, his spell will be lethal to you minion.
4) Darkness : Those free candles are the key, just use it wisely
Also It look like he have some pattern to play his card. For example I use Paladin and only have 2 recruit on board then suddenly he use Mindcontrol on it.
5) Azari the Devourer: Just need to built your board quick. He only have demon minion and some demon spell
Togwaggle is hard because the treasures are quite powerfull but it fully depends on the randomness of cards.
Darkness I think is quite hard all around because most of the times I faced him it was more or less a fatique match and you can win that from him (especially because he uses Psychic scream), but found him always very hard. His deck is almost all removal so you cannot build a good board against him.
The dragon is ok, even if you break a chest it gives you a powerfull tool, the buffing of chests is quite irritating imo.
Xol has been a cakewalk for me all the time. The cards it spawns are powerfull but the AI plays mostly discard cards over the hero power cards so most of the time they get discarded. If you can discard the questreward with howlfiend it is easy riding and otherwise the quest reward isn't that threatening.
Togwaggle is an RNG fest. He can be easy, he can be hard, you never know. Only faced him twice, went 1-for-2. He's too RNG to really rank. My rankings, ignoring this boss, hardest to easiest:
1. Azari - I generally build value decks, meaning I rarely pick the aggro choices. Lots of smaller minions generally do poorly against most bosses.... except this guy. I've beaten him once, basically because I got a good draw and he didn't mill my key cards. The rest of the time... hasn't even been close. You can pretty much auto-concede if you don't get a good starting hand. He wrecks value decks.
2. The Darkness - My favorite boss because he requires the most skill/thought. About a 50% win rate against him. His removals are a pain so if you don't have enough threats in your deck, you can just be out-valued in the end. Really comes down to deck strength to beat him, and playing smartly.
3. Vulstrasz the Ancient - Only faced him 3 times, beat him twice. Pretty simple to handle if you have the right deck. One win I pulled out of my butt because I put a couple of chests back on the board with Marin the Fox, causing him to not have two turn lethal and I finished him off with 2 health left.
4. Xol - This guy is a joke. I think I've lost to him once out of 6 tries. I don't even know the code words for what beam he acquired from his emote and still win. Half the time I can get him to discard his quest, but even if he pulls it off he's not hard to beat. But that's because I generally go value decks, so I can see if you have an aggro deck why he'd be harder than Azari.
I think I got lucky when I beat Azari with my druid the other day. I had the Robe of the Magi (spellpower +3) and the wand that adapts a minion 8 times. I placed the Shade minion (gets +1/+1 at the start of each turn) and adapted him a lot to give him windfury. Then I just kept swiping his face to kill his minions, until I could eventually windfury his face with 16 attack. I got lucky that he only milled 3 of my swipes (I think I still had 3 in my hand lol).
I think druid is one of the easier ones though.

I lost all 3 times i faced agianst Azari the Devourer without a chance to win at all.
He kept playing insanely costed demons that damage himself (dosesn't matter he starts with 70 health) and he milled atleast 16 of my 30 card deck, i never stood a chance sins his minons had better stats than mine and he also used removal on my stuff.
So far what i have seen is that if you are gonna fight against Azari you cannot win, in any way, what so ever, sins it's unbeatable... (but that is just my experience)
Well clearly he's not unbeatable as some people on this forum as well as plenty of youtubers have beaten him. You just got boned by the several RNG factors in play.
1)King TogWaggle- By Far the Hardest. Can do crazy things starting basically right away. You might get lucky and he fills his board with the 3/15 taunt but just as easily can summon tons of monsters with a turn 3 boots or do other insane things right away that no other Boss can come close to matching. Only have beaten him 1 time when ironically he did almost nothing all game
2)Vustrasz the Ancient- Second Hardest. Obviously better to not kill the chests as long as possible but sometimes that is hard to do. You can be really screwed if 1 chest keeps receiving buffs and you do not have a good answer. Only defeated 2x I think
3)Xol the Unscathed- Average Difficulty Among Bosses. Difficulty is pretty RNG dependent. Sometimes you can make him discard the quest. Hard counters some deck types quite hard. Can lose to a surprise Deathwing if you are not aware he has in the deck. Have a pretty decent Win/Loss against
4)The Darkness- Very Easy. Would be very challenging if we were not given 3 Free Board clears. However, since we are the match is very easy. The only real key is to make sure you are patient enough to get great value when using the free board clears. I usually wait until it will kill at least 3. The vast majority of the time The Darkness should end up going to Fatigue so just play patiently. Only lost 1x vs the Darkness, forget what caused it.
5)Azari the Devourer- Incredibly Easy. Not even sure how one would lose against this boss. Even games when he discarded all my treasures I still easily handled him. He basically does almost nothing threatening except discard some cards each turn but by the time you run out of cards you will almost assuredly have kill him already. Never lost to this boss
The only reason why you had such an easy time was due to your deck either being a good match up or rng helping you out more than others. Azari pretty much negates any combo deck you might try to build up since he can erase half your deck in like 7 turns. The darkness stomps any big or aggro deck via his entire deck which is filled with some of the best board clears/removals in the game. I'd say that Xol is probably the easiest since her main threat is a terrible quest that most decks can maneuver around if you dont outright make her discard it. But every other boss is super hard in some way depending on the deck you have.
1. Azari - unwinnable with specific classes or if playing control deck. ‘Nuff said. Completely ridiculous and should be nerfed (aggro hunter is probably the only thing that can beat it).
2. The Darkness - 0 mana 5/5 every turn plus shitload of removal is pretty good? Oh yeah. I found it easiest to beat him is with paladin surprisingly, just pick Sunkeeper Tarims whenever you see them. Perma stealth would work great with that tactic. Can’t really give any more tips because I’ve only beaten him with that 1 class. He is really goddamn hard. You really need to carefully plan the treasure picking and drafting of your deck to actually have chance with him.
3. Vustrasz - i don’t even know if you can beat him without destroying his chests. I think it could be done with having perma stealth and double health and drawing PrImordial Wand early then buffing the shit out of your early game minion with windfury, divine shield and shitload of +3atk or maybe just having jades (haven’t tried). I did it by getting doomsayer early + double health and hoped for the best. If you get discover legendary and summon 2 copies of it treasure (i got 2 from his chests) and get offered minion above 5 health (like any of the 2 deathwings) on turn 3/4 after destroying every chest with doomsayer, it’s preeetty good.
4. Xol - it can be really annoying if she takes control on the board but still it’s not that hard. If you somehow discard/steal quest it’s auto-win.
5. King Togglewaggle - seriously, dafuq you guys are saying? Yes he is heavily RNG dependent but majority of time he is crap. If you have double health and perma stealth + minion like Kel’Thuzad, Wax Rager or Jades he is free win. If you don’t he MIGHT get lucky and completely destroy you. His deck is shit and he often fills his board with shitty/no atk minions so can’t even put his treasures into play. He was my final boss for 6/9 classes and honestly, I think I’ve beaten the Run with those 6 classes only because he was the last boss, if it was any other, I’d be dead.
1. Xol - i feel like i have to get incredibly lucky (more like have him NOT get incredibly lucky, which never happens) or have a very specific deck to beat him because he always completes his quest on turn 5 for me and always gets perfect RNG with regard to beams and random targets
2. Togwaggle - basically just RNG. if you have a good deck and he doesn't highroll he can be very easy, if not it feels like there's nothing you can do. but that's the way Xol feels all the time, so Togs gets 2nd place
3. The Darkness - can also be very punishing, but isn't so RNG/frustrating as the top 2 (ETA: maybe there's an argument to be made there that this should actually be ranked #1 since its difficulty isn't due largely to RNG)
4. Vulstrasz - easy. think i might have lost once against him when i drew incredibly poorly.
1. Azari - unwinnable with specific classes or if playing control deck. ‘Nuff said. Completely ridiculous and should be nerfed (aggro hunter is probably the only thing that can beat it).

But getting those specific treasures and minions is a complete crapshoot. Most people wont find those specific treasures as they only get three out of like ten, let alone get that combination of them

1) Darkness : Unless you get some key treasures to defeat him continuous 5/5's and a mass of minion removal will defeat you.
Key treasures being stealth passive, 5/1 candle golem + double rattle passive
