In GvG, Mage was the winner with the mech synergy. Shaman was a pretty big loser overall, but it was the 2nd mech class.
We do not know most of the cards yet, however based on what we know; which class do you think will be THE dragon class? I am putting my hopes on druid because of the overall rampiness and play big strong creatures theme of the class.
As others have said, we can't know just yet, but I think druid so far. Ramp lets you play the bigger dragons more easily, Alex, azure drake, and even ysera and blackwing already fit into some druid builds, and hungry dragon + MCT is crazy value for the class without removal. Even some of the worse cards help fill gaps in druid (blackwing technician might fill the "meh" 3 spot; rend blackhand looks bad, but druid has always made the best of sub-par removal). Finally, if the meta slows down a bit like most people seem to think BRM will allow, then druid can focus less on surviving and more on the big combo finish that it already does pretty well.
I'm next most excited about mage, but Druid and Mage are my two favorite, so my votes may be a little biased.
We'll need to see more cards to know for sure but so far I am not certain dragons are going to be as big as many are hoping, instead it may rely on existing dragons and mostly existing legends. If that is the case the change to the meta will be minor. People may run a legendary dragon or two but that is a stretch. If that is how it goes, then I'd see Warrior and maybe Shaman having a slight edge. I think Mage will remain a mix of mech and freeze and maybe use 1-2 cards from BRM. I think +spell damage cards will become more viable/powerful though for sure so classes that have extra ways of boosting spell damage will benefit but Bloodmage Thalnos will probably be the star of the show and maybe Malygos. I've been playing with a Priest deck involving mostly pumped up spell damage in case this is how BRM goes but Mage would do as well or better.
druid, priest and warlock (mby even warrior) for sure.. these 3 classes have their own unique tools which all work great with big creatures or holding a dragon mechanic priest - heropower is very good with big solid minions + can stall long enough and control the board druid - innervate, wild growth.. can ramp up to big minions super fast warlock - insane draw.. there is no way you won't be holding a dragon with warlock .. i guess some sort of hand dragon lock will emerge (or simply a dragonlock) warrior - can stall, can control the board.. no idea how they can fit in all the dragon synergy in their deck tho
then comes the paladin and shaman.. these 2 probably might work in some midrange-ish dragon deck but most likely not as good as the above mentioned
and ofcourse mage and hunter - most likely unplayable with dragon decks..
rogue - no idea.. looks good on paper (kinda) but the rogue playstyle will probably stay Oil (unless somehow Control warrior takes over the Meta)
i even believe that druid and priest might get some good class cards related with dragons
If the right dragon comes along I can see this bolstering the possibility for a "Show and Tell"-style deck built around Ancestor's Call, making a Shaman dragon deck a thing. I feel the card is underrated, even though it is gimmicky. Hearthstone has many comparable qualities to MtG, and Show and Tell was a big, big thing there. Too reliant on one or two cards (I'd include Far Sight as almost a must-carry in any such deck)? Yes. But people might try it, and the right card could probably make it more viable. I don't think Lava Shock hurt with all the overload spells the deck would probably carry.

Brawl wrecks me 100% of the time.
With all the "drag in hand" mechanics, i think Dragonlock might be viable. Ramp Drag Druid also seems promising.

Time is money, friend.
Probably priest because there is no where to go but up. I guess we could return to Classic levels of bad, but that seems highly unlikely
Arggo dragon deck.we will have huntagon deck.ebolagon deck.drancer deck.
now that all neutrals are revealed (except 3 legendaries) im saying paladin
