The Stealth on hero card is completly underpowered, I get that you made it Oil Rogue in mind, but a 4 mana cost is just not playable. In Standart rogues can pull off a 7/1 dagger at the max, and this never happens.
what about this change? It makes poisoned blade see play (maybe)
I like the idea of Southsea Smuggler, but its kind of absurd if you draw a Ragnaros or Y'Sharaaj on turn 3, if the minion lives until then.
For you to draw Y'Sharaaj with the smuggler it would have to survive, then you would need to get exactly Y'Sharaaj from the joust, and your opponent has to have Molten/Mountain Giant + to get them on the joust. This is like 1 in 8000 situation, and if you get it, you should win the game and be uploaded to Trolden. In most cases, the Southsea Smuggler works only if you are playing low cost minions and your opponent is a control deck.
The faceless soldier shoul be re~frased to "at the start of your turn" because the 5/5 stats dont really make sence if its a Battlecry. I agree, but i may just reduce the stats to 1/1 or something because i think "at the end of your turn" is better in terms of gameplay.
I like Call of the Night, although you could change its cost to 2 to make it better, sort of like Call of the Wild. Yeah i think its a good idea

Please spell the class name properly. It really doesn't take that long to look up that it's spelled rogue not rouge. It's like if I wrote shamen, preist, drooid, palladin, wariro, etc. Maybe I'm too high strung (and I'm guessing by your comment that you're not a natural English speaker so my apologies), but it's one of my pet peeves.
Regarding your cards... Hero stealth has a fair cost IMO. It's a very powerful effect akin to an Ice Block which can save you in some extreme circumstances but it's not perfect as Knife Juggler, Flame Juggler, C'Thun and Arcane Missiles can all hit you through the stealth. It can also just be used to buy you some time early on against aggro. It's a very nice control card and for that reason I'm a really big fan of the card. Southsea Smuggler is too strong though IMO.
