Hey guys Ive been thinking about a cancer druid deck and whether or not it would run well in the meta. I've noticed that druid has alot of exceptionally versatile and cheap buff or cancer cards that put in the right deck, could run quite well. But the thing is, could it actually work? I've been thinking of combos like Druid of the Flame plus Mark of Nature to get a 7/8 or 8/7 by turn 4 or other combos like Living roots and power of the wild. I don't see it overthrowing current meta druid, but it might run well. Thoughts?

Druid of the Flame + Mark of Nature doesn't make a 7/8 minion, neither a 8/7, check your math mate. And man, those cards are very, very far away from beign considered "cancer"...
Whoops I was running it wrong. I meant to say Druid of the Flame + Mark of Nature + Mark of the wilds + Innervate = 8/7 or 7/8
That would be terrible, one hard removal or a silence and you would be in a terrible position... (without considering the fact that having all those cards by turn 4 would be very rare).
Also, again, why are you calling Mark of Nature and Mark of the Wild "exceptional cheap and versatile buffs"? Those cards are terrible man, I recomend you to play the game a bit more, so you can understand better wich cards are good and wich ones are not.
Some beast druid use Mark of Wild, but it's niche at best, nothing cancerous. You also should never stack buffs like that unless you can get a lethal on same turn.

You shouldn't stack buffs like that unless you have lethal OR you feel it's safe OR you have no other choice OR your opponent doesn't have enough time/mana to deal with a voltron and your board at the same time. It's really bad to think of things in terms of "never".
Try Gnimsh Druid if you have the Bane sisters. That's probably the best aggressive druid deck right now. There are other decks too, if it has Fel Reaver in it, it's probably what the Internet scrubs call a "cancer deck" nowadays... (What do I know, when I was their age we still had Amigas and C64)
Mech-Druid is pretty aggro and should work as usual. However, "usual" is quite unreliable. You can have insane tempo starts, (e.g. innervate coin mechwarper, mechwarper, spidertank, clockwork gnome) and if you get a savage roar the game is over on turn 4, but the deck runs out of steam pretty fast.
