Scourgelord Garrosh is a tempo card, essentially. You pay 8-mana for an incredibly powerful weapon that you can use to clear the board with 3-times, which allows for more effeicient value plays. The Hero Power is useful against a number of decks, but unlike most other DKs it's not a value generator.
As such, it's difficult to predict how useful he's going to be in the future. He gets better with more enrage/self-damage effects, but worse if more efficient board clear options are introduced, or if gaining armor over time becomes a viable strategy.
As long as Warrior is as mediocre as it is now I wouldn't risk crafting him.
I used to love control warrior, but now the newer version of it revolve around dead man's hand which I really dislike. I preferred just tanking up, and making tough choices on what to use removal on and when to take damage, but with dead man's it's more about spamming removal at everything and just copying it over and over in an effort to take no damage. So I would not craft.
Since dead man hand warrior is the new identity for "control" type warrior the new hero power is much needed, cause it provides endless whirlwinds which are needed to proc executes, armor and card draw, thus its kinda a value generator since u proc powerful effects.
Have patience and wait for the expansion. I love warrior, but could care less for the DK. If it fits in a viable warrior deck next expansion then go for it. Everyone's talking about potential of Baku warrior. If that becomes a thing you wont even be able to run the DK.
DK is very good card, the problem you have to give up your belove hero power but the new hero power is not a wincondition. Unlike the quest hero power, it is semi wincon. In the next expansion we can tankup from turn 2 , play just 5 taunt minion aka Stonehill, Phantom milita and 1 Direhorn. These minion both help early game and help us complete the quest easily without overcommited to a lot of boring tauntminion. So we can have deck slot for other control minion such as Zola, Elise, Ysera and whatever good control cards they print next expansion. We can have 3 wincondition: just tankup, value or 8 damage hero power, with 4 good board clear , single target removal in waraxe, shieldslam and gorehowl and at least two tech card : an Owl and Harrison. Maybe not the strongest deck but almost immune to aggro and good vs most control.
Problem with Garrosh is he runs out of steam fast. The weapon is great but once that is gone, well not much left to do. Dealing one damage to minions is far worse than armoring up every turn.
With Baku coming up I dont see Garrosh being played.
Some people here have no idea what they are talking about.
Garrosh is ridiculous powerful boardclear, even without the weapon it squish value out of Acolyte of Pain and cards like Execute/Sleep With Fishes are permanent activated. Warrior doesn't need the armor hero power, with all the ridiculous amount of Armor cards.
Warrior needs a strong win-condition. N'Zoth or Fatigue is not enough.

Garrosh is the best warrior card and totally worth crafting. So go for it.

I tried having fun once. It was awful.

*sad piano music plays as I read comments about how bad warrior is*
