The main objective is to stall as much time in the early game and finish off with leeroy jenkins.
Also, have good card draw to get a good finisher.
I won with this deck consecutively by playing against aggro/control decks.
Objective:
The main point of this deck is to draw as many cards and have leeroy jenkins with both cold bloods, shadowstep, and vanish, in your hand, which is important. By the time you have less than 10 cards in your deck, reno jackson will be really good by then. Also, if you are going second, don't use the coin and save up cards and take some damage, but if it is really needed, use eviscerate. The loot hoarders will also be helpful and will get you the cards that you need, including the coldlight oracles.
Early game:
Regardless of going first or second, it is important get early cards such as doomsayer, loot hoarder, coldlight oracles, and sometimes gadgetzan auctioneer can be important for card draw later in the game. Also, try to get the most value off of doomsayer, if possible and do not coin it on turn 1.
Mid-game: You may have drawn gadgetzan auctioneer which is really good once you have the free coins and other spells that cost 0+mana. This will allow you to get the damage spell cards, such as cold blood, maybe an eviscerate or two, but most of the damage will eventually come from the shadowsteps and the vanish cards.
Late game: By the late game, you should have already gotten your finisher ready. If your opponent has a full board of monsters, vanish will help really well, and with the emperor thaurissan, it's really beneficial because it synergizes well with vanish + leeroy jenkins.
If I'm honest, it looks like you are trying to mill yourself. No Vancleef or Questings. No conceal to sneak in a couple of big punches from auctioneer. Seems bad. I don't know how you think you are both staying alive and killing your opponent. Leeroy and Reno can only do so much work, and those eviscerates are likely going into minions. Idk. In skilled hands you can probably get some wins, I think it just dilutes each concept though.
