So in every expansion each class gets one of the following:
A) 6 minions and 3 spells (most common).
B) 5 minions and 4 spells
C) 6 minions, 2 spells, 1 weapon
D) 5 minions, 3 spells, 1 weapon
It's always one of those options, no class has ever got more than 6 minions in an expansion. However, in this expansion, Rogue is the first class in the HISTORY OF THE GAME to get 7 minions and 2 spells. Seven freaking minions, that's a alot, and what annoys me the most is that the 7th minion is Shadow Rager.
So instead of getting a new weapon that makes up for the Balde Flurry nerf or getting a new spell that might be used in Miracle, we got Shadow Rager...
Rogue has a massive pile of good spells, they are afraid of making miracle too good. I don't know how many people still remember, but miracle was extremely dominant with just the classic set.
Yeah, rogues were easily the red-headed stepchild of this expansion. I mean sure, some classes got better cards than others, it's to be expected. IMO Priests got the best class cards in the set (but let's face it, they needed it most). But every other class got at least 1 card that could be argued as either 'really good' or 'amazing', alongside a few bad ones as well of course (lol Freezing Potion). But rogues? You'd be hard pressed to find a single rogue card that you could argue is "really good" let alone amazing. Almost across the board, they're just pretty bad.
I don't even play rogue, but honestly it just sucks seeing one class get completely screwed when it comes to an entire expansion. Especially a large expansion that Blizzard hopes people will spend money on to buy packs for.
What I don't understand is, if this was a balancing act by Blizzard to try and bring all the classes a bit more in line with one another, then why did they s*it all over rogues so hard? It's obvious that right now Shaman are in the best position and to be honest, they got some pretty damn good cards this expansion.
"If" jade golem and Reno decks become top tier decks, rogue will be very strong with just the actual version of miracle...
Can anyone use their brain and not complain Systematically on rogue based only on the "new" cards.. (+ jade rogue will be the strongest of the jade decks)
You cannot judge a deck by its naked power level. The most important thing is to see if it is able to beat meta decks or not. And no, rogue will never become an easy to play class and that is why many people are still complaining...

And thus the Meme Class was born, half joke, half disaster.
They probably decided that Jade Golems were too powerful in rogue and decided to cut something at the last minute.
