All depends on how much dust you have and what cards you have to spare to dust. Alot of people say dont dissenchant cards but if you dont really buy cards and they are cards you are certain u will never use then why not.
I would first try out the deck with some replacements just to see if its what you want to play.
Try out the decks with some replacements and see if it fits you. If yes its definitely worth dusting some cards since its incredibly fun. If you want to climb with the deck you will need van Cleef, otherwise your bad matchups become unwinnable and the even one slightly unfavoured. Seeing your collection you have plenty of Legendaries you ll probably never play, so if you like the deck, go for it.

i play cubelock and lose 5 games in a row then i play odd paladin and get my stars back wash rinse repeat
You can put something else instead of Van Cleef, no need to craft it imho.
Read the deck guide:
"If you don't have a card just replace it with good cards like Swashburglar, Shadow Strike, Barnes, Dark Iron Skulker and Violet Teacher."
I don't recommend dusting cards to creating cards, is Edwin Van Cleef a good card? yes, he's a staple in most rogue decks.
