I am mainly a priest player and have found moderately good success on it, and I was just wondering how people with experience thinks priest will be after the next expansion.
In all honesty, they haven't given us a whole lot to go by. No new deck archetypes look that promising. I personally plan to try out a shadow form deck if they add in the missing pieces to make that work. If that doesn't work I will probably try a buff priest but that's missing pieces too. I would love to give dragon priest another go if they add in the pieces that deck is missing too
i don't mean to pick on imakegreateggs but his deck won't work unless there is a dramatic slowing of the meta. I mean one where aggro and tempo is all but gone. Very few turn 1 or turn 2 plays, no taunts, no real board clears. That deck is going to rely on burst healing from its hero power to bail it out of those bad match ups but that strategy is very late game and mana intensive. I've played those value oriented tempo decks before and they require you to get the board early and keep it at all costs, a feat that's going to be extremely difficultif you pass until turn 3 constantly
I've been think Priest might be a good fit for an inspire deck. Priest tends to use their hero powerfairly often and it is good for board control. Also, slow value games is what priest focuses on already.

Shadowform is already pretty good (at least in my experience). If you want a good deck list for it, I'd be willing to give it to you ^-^

Define pretty good. The last shadowform deck I made went from rank 18>5 with a win rate of 62-34 but hitting rank 5 was like running into a brick wall

Always Hunters. Always Huffers.
That seems about right. I just hope that Blizzard makes priest viable for the first time ever .-.
Always Hunters. Always Huffers.
Fingers crossed. Been too weak for awhile now.
Still way to early to tell.
If you're going to use Holy Champion; I'd probably put in Wild Pyromancer or Unstable Ghoul.
They synergize well with your other cards listed. ( Circle of Healing, Holy Nova,Light of the Naaru, Power Word: Shield)
Not sure if hyped yet.

We can't tell as we have only seen one priest card yet.
Hello.
