Hey everyone, this is an aggro paladin deck that I put together and have been playing recently. I have done most of my ladder grinding with my druid deck (in the druid forums if interested), but its nice to switch up the pace every once in a while and this is the deck I do it with. (Also helpful cause it isnt crazy expensive like most of my other decks...)
Now I think the deck is still a little rough around the edges and needs a bit of tweeking still, but so far its been fairing pretty well at decently high ranking. Its a very straight forward aggro style deck that relies on above average trades and high pressure forcing the opponent to make poor decisions.
I have been playing a ton of warlocks and rogues lately for some reason and I have a pretty good win rate agaisnt both of them, druids can be kind of a pain in the butt, but with a good divine favor you can keep an immense amount of pressure up. Anyways, let me know what yall think or what ideas you have, I would love to polish this list out of anyone is interested in a deck like this. Thanks :-)
I'm just now breaking single digits R9 so the game is still full of Warlocks rushes, I've been using a similar deck instead of the 2xDivine Favor I'm running 2xEquality and another small difference that I can't remember off the top of my head. It's been having a pretty solid win ratio, Great deck otherwise! I'm sure if I start hitting the more expensive Mana decks I'll switch to Divine Favor instead.
You end up dumping your hand so fast with this deck that you can almost always get a ton of value out of divine favor. Equality is an amazing card no doubt, but you have such amazing trades with this deck that you can take down almost anything, earth eles, ancient of wars etc. and still come out on top. Im glad you broke single digits, Im currently bouncing between rank 4-5 because I havnt had a ton of time to play and really push forward, good luck though!
I've had a couple of games now where I've really regretted the Equalities, now that that Cantrip Rogue style deck is showing up much more often I could easily see getting 3-4 cards off of Divine instead, I'll give it a shot soon. Would you consider putting Rag down instead of Tirion? I've been playing around with that and getting mixed results (Most games don't usually go long enough for tirion/ashbringer to be effective for me.) Thanks! And good luck too!
Have you considered swapping out the Leper Gnomes for Loot Hoarders? Divine favor is nice, but with such a low mana curve deck it may not be enough against draw-heavy mages and druids.
Hi all. Im trying to craft this deck. The only card left is Tirion. Meanwhile, I replaced him for Argent Commander. It works fine. Now I'm ranked 12. Its a funny deck to play with.
But I dont see the point of playing with Knife Juggler. He dies so fast. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Any advices?
And what about Arcane Golem? He fits perfectly in aggro mode.

Problem with Rag is most people run BGH right now, and boom dead Rag.

I think Sunwalker is a better replacement for Tirion because she's really just a weaker version of him. As for Juggler, the dream is to use him in late game where you can combo him with 2-3 low mana minions for instant damage. A couple points of damage may not seem like a lot, but they can be crucial in giving you a favorable trade. If you do play him early game, the onus is on your opponent to kill him immediately if he doesn't want a major headache; this causes him to waste mana and cards on costly plays that he otherwise would not have made.

With druids, im guessing you've had trouble with late game?

Honestly no. It normally doesnt make it to late game. The deck is surprisingly fast. It trades against almost any early game taunter, and by the time they get to 7 mana to drop ancient of wars, they are generally so low I can just push though. Yes an innervated turn 5 ancient of war is annoying, but ya cant win every game ;-)
It also helps that I main druid and know the class inside and out and know what to expect.
I've decided to replace 1 Divine Favor with Lay on Hands and the Southsea Deckhand with a Holy Light, getting rather sick of mages rushing me to 20 hp and playing 2 Pyroblasts in a row.... Got myself to rank 9 with this deck when I started running into tons of them.
EDIT: I have gone back to 2 Divine Favors now without Holy Light. I am thinking of added 1 Avenging Wrath in there somehow, not sure how yet.
I'm still learning a lot but having a lot of success with your deck. I had to make some changes since I don't have Tirion or a second sword of justice, but I'm using AW and climbing steadily.
I created an account just so I can say I'm loving this deck. I don't have SoJ so i used something else and because I love equality I only added one divine favor and one spot for equality, works out well seeing as how you really don't need more than one divine favor.
I really like that set up, I toyed with the 2x Divines but ended up at 1x Divine + 1x LoH as well, against decks that go into the late phases and hands are roughly the same size I'd rather take a potentially smaller draw + a heal vs a potentially larger draw. I'm attempting to work a Leeroy in, I like a big finisher to close a game 1-2 turns earlier than this deck will usually provide but I'm not having a lot of luck.

Leeroy can be nice with Consecration for 8 dmg and a clear on the whelps but that's an 8 mana combo and it needs support from other minions to clear the board completely unless you just want to finish the enemy off. In that case there's still the issue of taunts being up beforehand.
I've taken it to rank 3, exactly as you originally made it, and I'm loving it.
Seen some posts about some changes and I disagree with them:
2 divine favors are essential as you're very likely going to empty your hand by turn 5-7 and LoH is too late game for this deck. Also, using an entire turn, which LoH, *tends* to be, is a big waste so late in the game where the opponent should be dead by turn 8-9 at the latest. Tirion acts as a good backup in case the match lasts this long.
If you're using equality then you don't have board control and you're not being as aggressive with this deck as you should be, so no equality for me.
Avenging Wrath may work, say switch it out for the southsea deckhand, who comes in handy a lot because of the high durability on SoJ, but I haven't tested Avenging Wrath.
Again, thanks for the posting the deck!

Good day, what do you think about adding Blood Knight to this deck? There are pretty much bubbles in it. I think this can work.

Besides games where RNG totally screws me, this deck has done pretty well. Swapped the AW back out for DF.

Gj on the deck :)
