Deck looks more than fine, you hit all the key areas. Healing Touch will probably get picked on by some players, but curve, and selection of minions point to a solid deck. Big Game Hunter is slightly questionable as your only form of direct removal (with Naturalize being the only other choice), but I find them easier to use with Dark Iron Dwarf, which are already included.
I suggest finding a way to include Defender of Argus or Shattered Sun Clear and Ancient of Lore. Argus fills the need for taunts and both are valuable buffs. Ancient of the Lore fills the need for card draw and acts as an emergency heal.
I have chosen Big Game Hunter as a situational and a test card for the biggest creature (as the Ooze is another situational). But, as you say, it can be good with the other Dwarf.
So, probably I'll keep it also when I'll find Sylvanna or the Death Knight and I will cut a Starfall.
healing touch and nourish accomplish two completely different roles. I would say nourish though, since you only run one ancient of lore.
I think a second starfall would be rather important in today's meta as well.
Big game hunter in my opinion, as it can deal with any big problems except for ysera/malygos, and by the time those pose a threat you should have board control.
I would say remove one dark iron, and put in a second druid of the claw. He is one of the best druid cards, and almost a staple in druid decks.
as for dark iron dwarf vs defender of argus, they fill different roles. Argus protects you from aggro, dark iron turns you into aggro. It's your choice what type of tempo you want.
Here there is a Deck I'm using but it is still not complete (missing the Death Knight and Sylvanna).
But what do you think about that? Any suggestions?
EDIT: Deck in the post below :D
...Too young to die, too drunk to live...
You can copy and paste the deck code directly into your post for easier access:

You're not going crazy, I edit 2~3 times each post
Thanks for all.

I have made some changes:
Now I have only a couple of doubt:
- How do you think about 2x Defender of Argus for 2x Dark Iron Dwarf?
- It is a better option to change the Big Game Hunter with one Naturalize?
- And what about a Nourish for Healing Touch?

Yeah, I think I have to create 2 kind of Decks and play different type of game with :)
It is not so good to ave an "All in One".
