I've used him in the prev season to get legend and climb ca. 4000 legend rank. He has the potential to make great tempo swings. Especially with Siphon Soul and Shadowflame. Maybe they release some spells in the future what we can use with it.
If you want to try him out, check the deck in my signature. ;)

Aaaand I have 99 skills, but the english language ain't one. :D
Keep him, it's a bad idea to dust any legendary you get at the moment. After the expansion releases see if he fits in anywhere, and then consider dusting him. Unless you really need the dust for a much better legendary.

I don't have Siphon Soul nor Shadowflame so i guess there's no actual deck i can fit him in, and I would rather have a free sylvanas in wild than a card i will almost never use, sorry dude.
If you haven't dusted him already, I would keep him.
He's the kind of card that isn't good right now, but will be later on when Warlock starts getting more spells; the spells Warlock has right now don't really fit into a deck with him and you can't cheat out the big stuff with him yet.
Also, if Priest is ANYTHING to go by in Un'Goro, we're going to a seriously spell heavy block next expansion. We might see some stuff there.
I play renolock on both wild and standard (mostly wild tho) and have dusted the guy like half an year ago - zero regrets. He's not really needed for zoo and demonlock either. I don't see him fitting in the new discard deck. If you're not desperate for dust don't DE him. Once I got the cards I want I stopped dusting legendaries, so I keep even Tinkmaster Overspark and Illidan Stormrage...I salute @inorbert for making good use of this underdog card.
I would argue that it wont be good this expansion because Warlock will have very few ways of healing himself, still I would not dust him. Cho'gall seems like one of these cards with some potential in the future because of such a unique effect. Infact I think his effect is very good but currently there are too few expensive Warlock spells to be casted with health, and since Reno rotates out + no good new neutral or Warlock heals you just cant afford to use Cho'gall effect most of the time.
Well honestly you don't need to cheat out anything expensive with him.
Feeding Time/Implosion/Bane of Doom/removal in general would work very well as Tempo plays, it's just that Warlock doesn't really have decks that play well with Tempo.
And if they buff Molten Giant back to where he was before, there's the chance that Cho'gall has a place in that deck.
I wish in cases like this Hearthstone had a Trading Card system, where I could give you a card from my inventory in exchange for an agreed upon Card in your collection. For example, If i wanted to trade my Norzdomu for your Cho'Gall.
I understand how this would be abusable by people creating Alternate accounts and buying the Starter pack, but at the same time people would still be spending money buying the starter pack from blizzard. I think this would be good for people the company and would raise them even more money.
Only real downside would be that it depreciates the value of dust, by creating a player run economy instead. Where an OP card would potentially be of higher value than its actual dust worth. However by having the option to simply craft a card it ensures prices will stay somewhat regulated and fluctuate rarely.

Just pulled him off looking for a n'zoth and wanna know if it's good to dust him, he seems pretty bad
He hasn't seen any play and it seems new set won't change that, new 2 mana card with same effect may be more useful.
I would say it's safe to dust.
Unless you really need the dust, hold on to him. We've got two more expansions this year that warlock might get a worthwhile spell
I like that guy. Don't dust it!
