The only nerfed cards I kept was a gold Owl ('cause it's beautiful), a BGH (still useful), Knife Juggler (again, useful ability) and Blade Flurry because I'm unsure my Rogue won't need them.
Yeah, but the golden i've got is BGH, and i rather have this one golden than a non golden, just because it looks cool xD. Also have 1 golden FON, but that is it, not sure if should kill it as well, could it be that is worth it in something like Token Druid someday? xD
Answer to all these should I dust this or that recently nerfed card. The answer is always yes. Even if the card is still good, great even. Cause you get full dust to craft whatever. You can't lose.

Battle doesn't need a purpose; the battle is its own purpose. You don't ask why a plague spreads or a field burns. Don't ask why I fight.
It's a mistake not to because of the reasons mentioned but also because it lessens your chance of getting duplicates in future packs. So even as a collector it's probably correct to dust them.

Nope, as already discussed the answer is not always yes. Especially in the case where you want to keep one copy because the card will still be relevant and you want it in your collection, for example one BGH, one Knife Juggler etc. There is no reason to get for example 400 dust now if you are confident you will spend it again (my BGH and my two Knife Jugglers are going nowhere).
As for the Moltens, unfortunately they are now almost tragically bad, and as noted here and elsewhere one alternative will be the Frost Giant, but not without drawbacks, so I'll just wait to see if and when they are needed for one particular deck.

I dont want to jump the gun, I still think it could be useful, just not as useful as before. Thoughts and opinions?
Why not, if you need him again just use the dust to craft him back
Zero reason not to. I did.
dust all new nerfs and if they turn out to still be viable you can just recraft them with the full refund you got from dusting them
What everyone said.
I also did. And also replaced with Frost Giant.

Yeah do it, just do it xD
Now....what if it is golden? should i DE it still? do i get full value and can craft it again with the same dust?

If someone comes to you and wants to give you Money for nothing, Would you say no to him?

When can we start disenchanting the newly-nerfed cards for their full crafting value?
Right now, there's a notification message when you right click one of those cards, saying it's for full value.
DUST ALL THE NERFS! Seriously though, do it! After dusting all of them, and recrafting normal versions, I have 9k dust for Old Gods crafting.
