Hey guys this is my first time submitting a deck. I've been having fun with it so far. I'm open to re-interpretations and please up vote. It would be pretty cool to see what more people think of it.
Zola- not just for doubling down on Prince. Don't underestimate the power of a third doomguard or enforcer mid-late game. If you have to mulligan her then so be it. Always prioritize Kobold/spellstone/prince in order to start drawing early and getting that lifesteal damage building.
Skull of Man'ari- you shouldn't spend mana on Voidlord unless you're in a pickle. Also fantastic for getting a free Doomguard out and having an attack ready, everything else has to wait a turn.
DARK DOOM-CUBE PACT- your kill combo is to get a free doomguard out with skull, attack, cube it, then dark pact and attack again with both doomguards
Devilsaur egg and possessed lackey- these two are great in this deck since they are your lifeblood mid-late game while making your opponent second guess their possible AoE.
gluttonous- obviously Harrison Jones would be a good choice in this deck. I do not have him and would not be able to speak to his effectiveness in this deck (even though I'm sure it would be great especially post-prince). Gluttonous does provide the health boost needed to keep going and its a less expensive body.
**ooze and rummaging kobold are definitely optional based on what weapons you're encountering on the ladder.
UPDATE*** dropped trafficker, she loved introducing you to apothecary waaaaay too often. also swapped cataclysm for a good old fashioned twisting nether and introduced some tar creepers.
I just started out last month and like Warlock so far... the only thing I see that can create a problem is the Gluttonous Ooze here since there's no weapon to benefit from playing/hold this card. Am I missing something here, because the synergy of this deck seems to be solid.
WOW... completely didn't see "OPPONENTS" weapon... forgive my ignorance :)
Lol no problem bud! I' considering taking it out for now until the meta settles around certain decks because there aren' as many weapons played as I thought there would be. Theoretically it' great to destroy a weapon and gain some life for it.
How's warlock treating you this expansion?
