Built with Guild Recruiter in mind, there are 7 minions that cost 4 or less with superior stats when pulled directly from the deck, but are also still playable when drawn. The deck also has spells Jade effects and cards like Maelstrom Portal that summon minions without interfering with the Recruit mechanic.
Update 1.1: Unstable Evolution seems to be an ideal support tool for what this deck wants to do. In the early game in can transform a totem into something to try and contest a board, an then in the late game it can transform those big/sticky minions into something even more valuable. Testing will be needed to see if the deck wants to run 2 copies of Unstable Evolution, possibly sacrificing a Dirty Rat if need be.
