Did it after a few resets on mulligan to grab a Molten Giant. Kabal Lackey is here not to counter the Lich's spell, but to maybe copy it with Mana Bind or just give you an early Ice Block if you don't grab Sunfury Protector with your Molten Giant. Deck should win around turn 5-6 with no problem, even with a single Giant.

I finished it with all 9 classes, and I'll link each deck below when I'm finished posting them all. All of them were 100% Standard, except for Warlock, which I did include a Sylvanas Windrunner, even though I didn't use her at all to beat the Lich King.
