I have used this deck to slay Heroic Loatheb several times. 

The KEY card is Corruption because of the Creeper. If you don't get it played by round 2 just concede and try again. If you get the Corruption and a Soulfire all the better. Just save Soulfire for the non-Creeper drop. 

This is a very cheep deck and the play is simple. Most or all of the minions in this deck have 2 or more health because Loatheb plays a 1 damage to all enemies that spawns a spore.

Play Corruption on the Creeper. Then focus on killing every minion that drops. Keep this up and try to not kill the spores until you have 2 or more minions to catch the +8. As you have more minions to catch the buff, you will be able to kill anything else that drops because soon you will have +17, +25 or more minions. Then just keep pounding Loatheb's face as often as possible. 

With a starting Corruption, one or two direct damage and several 1 or 2 drops in hand over 5 or 6 turns you will win.
