The deck I used to beat Heroic Phaerix on the first try. You want to hard mulligan for Earth Shock to neutralize the Rod ASAP. The Hexes are used to clear the 3 mana 5/5 Leper Gnome and the Rod if you don't draw the Rod.

The gameplan is to survive the early game and then take control of the board and win. You want to play around Flamestrike if you can since it is the main card that can allow Phaerix to come back.
