This is the deck I used to beat Maexxna normal/heroic modes.

Naxx Reminder
Sometimes you will get bad hands/draws as the match progresses, making it harder to set up win conditions and kill her. If this happens concede and try again. It takes a bit of RNG, but eventually you will get good hands/draws. You will beat her, just keep trying! :)
Info
Removed: Razorfen Hunter, Stormwind Knight, Argent Commander, Darkscale Healer.
Added: Blessing of Might, Blessing of Kings, Light's Justice, Hand of Protection in their place.
1. With Blessings you can now push for more damage for 1 turn, specially in the early game.
2. The lower cost of cards allow for easy cycling as well so you can get the heal combo quicker.
3. The overall strategy is the same, only I've cut down the deck's mana curve, and added some useful cards to push for early damage and still maintain the same strategy.
4. This is more fleshed out, and the only dust required is for Earthen Ring Farseer which is not needed, but increases the attempts chance of succeeding substantially.
Mulligan
You want to Mulligan for Stonetusk Boar, Voodoo Doctor, Bluegill Warrior, Earthen Ring Farseer at the beginning of the game.
Strategy
1. Begin the match by using your charge minions whenever possible to deal damage to her as much as possible. Never target her minions. Keep using your charge minions till you draw a Consecration, or get really low in Health.
2. Sometimes she will put down a Dire Wolf Alpha in this case use a Bluegill Warrior to kill it off instantly, the extra 2 damage can actually kill you.
3. Once she has 4 Haunted Creepers and you have a Consecration in your hand use it. It will flood her board with ones and never be able to use anything else.
4. At that point where she has 7 1/1s on the board you will take 7 damage per turn, this is where your focus will now shift to healing every turn.
5. Use Voodoo Doctors and Earthen Ring Farseers if you have them. The point is to wait till you can cast 2 or 3 healing minions in 1 turn. If it gets to late game begin using Guardian of Kings and Voodoo Doctor each turn for 8 healing per turn.
6. Keep healing constantly using any of the above methods always healing 8+ per turn. Use any remaining mana on cheap charge minions for damage. If you can heal more the 7 damage you would take the following turn use Hammer of Wrath for extra 3 damage and card draw.
7. Make sure you kill off on purpose the boars and bluegills with a Stoneskin Gargoyle if she placed its in order to make room for your healing cards to come back to you on her turn. Keep doing the combo till she dies.
8. In some cases you will have more than enough healing cards in your hand, in this situation flood the board with the cheap Voodoo Doctors and Earthen Ring Farseers to ensure one of them stays on the board next turn, and keep trying to "Flood Heal" until she dies.
9. Remember to use Blessing of Might & Blessing of Kings on your charge minions to push for extra damage, even though its for 1 turn it actually makes a huge difference. But only use said cards when you're ahead in health and can afford to spend the mana on the buffs and still survive on her following turn.
The Hand of Protection is there only due to the low mana cost and flexibility to easily use it in order to cycle cards if the need arises.
Light's Justice is another very low mana cost card, although its only 1 damage, thats 4 damage over 4 turns, which adds up. Especially when you're just healing that turn.
10. Once you reach 10 Mana, the most common strategy from this point is to use Guardian of Kings to heal for 6 Health, and play 1 Wolfrider to push for 3 damage. Effectively only losing 1 health per turn and doing 3 damage. This strategy works as long as you've done sufficient damage before the initial Turn 10 arrives.
In most cases if you happen to get too low you can just skip playing Wolfrider for a few turns, and just use Guardian of Kings & Earthen Ring Farseer to heal for 9 each turn. It will extend the amount of turns you can do with the Guardian of Kings / Wolfrider combo, thus eventually killing her.
11. This is a long match, and it takes a while to kill her, so be ready to spend a bit of time making sure you're following the steps/doing it properly. You might have to concede and repeat due to RNG, but you don't want to spend all day doing it either. You will be her, just take your time and you will succeed! xD

Thanks for the good & really cheap (don't have to buy a lot of cards!!) to beat the Heroic Maexxna! It was fun! I beat her with 13 life. I mullliganed and kept consecration (a gamble I guess) and it worked!! Was cool to watch in action! at the end I was stalling for the Guardian of Kings! So good job Adurin!
Now, is there strategy around for beating the other two Heroics? Faerlina and Anub' Rekhan? That aren't to expensive? Thanks again!

Also if you go to page 3 comment #10 I believe, in the comment section of that deck there is a member who put up 2 spoiler links to 2 youtube videos of him beating the other 2 with that deck. In case my strategy/walkthrough is not clear enough and you would like to have a "visual style" example.

Maexxna killed on first try without crafting Earthen Ring Farseer × 2
Congrats! Very nice indeed. Earthen Ring Farseer isn't needed, I stated that on my info. But I decided to include it as part of the deck because it helps in the early game with the +3 Heal each to better stall for time till you get the Consecration if you don't happen to have it or draw it by turn 4.

Just beat Maexxna using this deck, with one minor change. Dropped one Blessing of Kings for Leeroy. Reason: if I had to kill a Taunt, she would just drop something else in its place. So I used Leeroy to force a Hatchling into the open spot before she could play a card. After that, it was just a matter of juggling Guardian / Farseer and Farseer / Leeroy to make sure I still had enough health. Final health was 0 to 3 (and yes, I was sweating bullets - I was down to 1 health once).
Nice. yeah I don't have Leeroy, But Leeroy is a really nice 4 drop for killing her, helps flood board + the 6 damage every turn really puts a dent in. xD
I dont have Leeroy yet, but replaced Wolfrider minion for Arcane Golem - it gives mana cry to her but doing + 1 dmg more each turn. it works for me too:) Btw great tutorial.
Your deck is basically a clone of mines, except you have 2 elven archers, and two novice engineers in there. You have an extra way to set up the 7 1/1s for the win condition, and 2 additional minions for drawing to try and get the cards for the set up but its just as reliable as mines.
If you want to submit alternative decks go right ahead, but please stop bad mouthing my deck in a passive aggressive tone.
Please refrain from using negative comments and statements. Everyone thinks their deck is the best, but the best builders are the ones that are humble about it.
Yeah substituting a few cards here and there depending on your personal play style is fine. The reason I didn't mention the Fatigue style is simply because it takes way longer than the above strategy, and people would like to beat them as quickly as possible. That match is already long as it is they current way, I don't feel making it extra long is necessary or wanted. But kudos to you for adding the other strategy.
Yeah thats part of the bad luck regard to the situation. In most cases you wont have to deal with anything other than gargoyles and creepers, or maybe a Emperor Cobra or Acidic Swamp Ooze. Reason for the Humility. But glad that you added a bit more to the deck in case of such situations. Glad the overall strategy worked for ya. xD

Thanks for the idea! I kept trying with face hunter, but Maxxy always out-rushed me. Attempted some 5 games with this deck and it worked. Added in Leeroy Jenkins and Aldor Peacekeeper. Made Sea Giant and Spectral Knight follow deh rules, and she had seven 1 attackers on the board, while I kept smashing her face with Leeroy and another charger. Beat her with 1 HP left.
I upvoted the this deck as it was the ideas from this deck I ended up beating Maexxna. Let her flood the board with 1 attack minions. Use humility if needed. What I will suggest is to put in Ironbeak Owl instead of Light Justice for her taunt minions. Silence + humility and they are just as wasteful on the board as the spiders.
I was able to beat her with this deck as of 07/26/2014. Basically, it was like a tidal lock. I had to massage slow, even damage in with a Wolfrider. I used Guardian of Kings along with Earthen Ring Farseer to slowly move my health in the positive direction. The real key to the fight is as he says; getting her locked up with seven creatures with only one attack power each.
It was a long 30 minute fight; and many, many, wipes were had.
