Hi, just another regular casual Hearthstone player here. I've been playing since July 2015, but never hit Legend, as I've never had enough time due to university and other commitments. Given that, I think many of you guys can relate to me, as I'm not one of the types of people who say "Oh I've been hitting Legend every season since Beta".

What started as a simple night of finishing quests, turned into a quite successful night of winstreaking through the ladder.

I'll upload some of the stats that my decktracker has saved up, if I can figure out how to do so here on HearthPwn.

Stats

Currently sitting on 13-2, and that's just for the past 3 hours that I've played tonight.

13-2

The way I play it is just going for Tempo, and as soon as I'm ahead, I do less trading and more face-ing. Netherspite Historian should be used here to get bigger Dragons, but take care of which one you take. For Example, you obviously wanna pick Alexstrasza over Deathwing, when facing a Reno deck that hasn't used Reno yet. That way, when they use Reno, and you Alex, hopefully you'll have lethal on board. Chrommagus when you've still got a Power Word Shield, Ysera just because it is a goddamned Ysera (come on guys, why you asking questions here?), and maybe Malygos because there are no better options and you've got a Holy Nova in hand and that's a lot of damage right there (especially if you've got Azure Drake on board for extra board clear and face damage).

When behind, I obviously focus on gaining back board control. Here, I try to aim for Twilight Guardians, Twilight Whelps and other smaller Dragons that I can drop on curve.

Always save Brann for Netherspite Historian or Drakonid Operative, because you wanna get maximum value out of your cards, unless you've got no other options when facing an Aggro deck and it is turn 3, then play him on curve because he's a pseudo-Taunt, and if the opponent doesn't remove him, then happy days! 4/6 Twilight Guardian next turn or a healthier Twilight Drake! I'd still drop Kabal Talonpriest on turn 3 against Aggro, but again, I did say "no other options".

Make your own decisions and learn from your failures and successes! That's how you learn how to play a deck. When it comes to Dragon Priest, I suggest going to YouTube and checking out Brian Kibler, because he's the Lord of Dragon Decks, and because Shiro is love, Shiro is life, and Natalie is an absolute bae.

P.S.: If this gets some attention, I might add more details. Cheers!

Btw, I play on EU only. It's currently past 5 AM in the morning, 19th March 2017, London UK, so you know now what meta I faced.
