Attributed to J4CKIECHAN Dec 5 approx in metabomb, but I haven't yet tracked down the original source (a tweet?  only seen on a stream? etc.).  Will update back here if I find it.

I'm missing Effigy and the second Ethereal Arcanist, so I've substituted Ice Block and Ice Barrier.  If you have it, Vaporize would be another good option.
