This deck is unlike what you have seen before. 

It combines the tempo plays already provided by dragons and the value plays provided by the Grimy Goons to create the best paladin deck in the current standard meta. 

Your dragon synergy provides tempo in the form of Twilight Dragon and Dragonwing Corruptor. This balances the tempo that is lost by your turn two Grimestreet Outfitter. But, the Grimestreet Outfitter buffs your hand, creating more value the more you hold it and tempo plays when you curve out.

TLDR: This is the ultimate curvestone deck.   

Mulligan:

Smuggler's Run, Grimestreet Outfitter, and Ooze Against Warrior and Rogue

Playstyle:

Play your +1/+1 hand buffs early on. 

Play dragons in the mid-game. 

Try to play Tirion and Rag as fast as possible. 

NEVER overcommit to the board. 

If your Twilight Dragon isn't activated but it has a buff, you should still play it. 

Try to save your Truesilver hits until absolutely necessary.
