Since Maexxna (heroic or not) has only creatures and creature removal spells, she can't play around having her own board full.

Your gameplan is to pop the spiders and leave Maexxna a 7-creature board that deals the less damage possible (you can sustain up to 14 damage a turn).

To get there, you have to kill the Shades of Naxxramas, even over a couple of turns if you need, using Froven Nova and Ice barrier to make sure you don't die while cleaning them (if you are in lethal range of course); Maexxna does not hide surprise bonus damage.

In the early stages of the game, just play Novice Engineer to draw cards for free or Mad Bomber to pop the Haunted Creepers to quickly fill Maexxna's board.

Before killing a creature, make sure you can kill a Haunted Creeper right after so that she does not play another Shade / Sea Giant / other things you must remove if there is any, unless that creature is Sludge Belcher, which will replace itself by a vanilla 1/2 you can leave there. You can understand why Polymorph is so perfect in this deck.

Once you've reached that goal, all you have to do is play either Cult Apothecary (best) or Antique Healbot (sustains up to 8 only) every turn from turn 5. Then, keep playing them while also playing Disciple of C'thun every turn (there is also a Nightblade that you can play on turn 10 if you can't find them). When Maexxna becomes low enough in health, you can just kill her with Pyroblast / C'thun / Fireballs and/or use Frost Nova / Ice Barrier to kill her over 2 turns instead. Note that you don't need to finish her off that way, if you just keep playing Disciple + Ping + Cult Apothecary, you will just win anyway.

All you need to make the deck work is Cult Apothecary / Antique Healbot + Disciple of C'thun / Nightblade, and then, every other card just helps you reach that state in the game you just can't lose anymore. Just keep in mind:

1. Never play more than 2 creatures a turn.

2. Kill the Shades of Naxxramas. 

3. Make sure you leave her with 7 creatures, always.

 

You basically can't lose to her anymore. Have fun.
