Update 8/19/2016
+2 Firelands Portal +1 Sorcerer's Apprentice
-1 Arcane Intellect -1 Polymorph -1 Doomcaller
I absolutely love firelands portal. It an amazing tempo play, if you have an even board or are even slightly behind this card can turn the entire game around on turn 7, gets even better if you can keep azure drake alive.
I replaced a poly with Sorcerer's Apprentice, it's nice early game if you can get off a fireball or frostbolt on the cheap and continue to control board.
An extremely cheap budget deck.
Please post any comments suggestions below!!
Mulligan Strategy: You are absolutely fishing for Mana Wyrm + low cost spells. I always tend to keep frostbolt as well regardless of if I draw Mana Wyrm.
Keep Beckoner of Evil, or Cult Sorcerer. I also tend to hold onto twilight elder especially if I have the coin,
C'thun! So I would only recommend keeping C'thun if you also draw at least a couple early drops. C'thun is the finisher in this deck, but you can easily win games at lower ranks with just the tempo minions and great mage spells.
UPDATED: Here is an upgraded non-budget version for those have been asking.

Deck I made on a free account.
I was able to build this deck using only the dust from the free packs you get and the first free arena run.
If there is enough interest I will make a brief guide on how to play it.

I make these decks to give f2p players some fun decks to try out instead of just druid c'thuns. I sometimes sacrifice making the deck slightly better to put in new and fun cards. Personally I'd rather have fun and win 50% percent of the time then net deck and win 60% of the time.
I am playing this deck with Doomcaller for one of the Faceless Summoner and it works great. It gives you a bit of sustain should the first C'Thun not have finished the opponent.
Great deck!!! Love to play this, and actually I'm winning xD and as a f2p player, that is something :D
5/1 and that one that I lost was a priest, but anyway priest is priest you know... But this deck deserve to be in front page (y)
This deck is pretty damn good.
Only trouble I have is with Warriors, still. Shamans can be a pain too.
EDIT: 15 games in. 0/3 against shamans, and 0/2 against warriors, won every other game.
10/15 isn't bad but this deck has real trouble with shamans and warriors.
Interesting. Are you losing to aggro warrior and shaman? or midrange?
This deck is fun :) Unfortunately (or fortunately) I seem to be winning before we even hit the 10th round in many cases, so C'thun rarely gets to come out and play
I like this deck very much, thank you :P
It's awesome deck! it has even got legend potential!!!
id swap shieldmasta or twilight for brann
I got Twin Emperor Vek'Lor Instead of Senjin and it works Especially when u get those two big taunters !
This is a great budget deck! I'd say 70% of my wins don't even involve summoning C'Thun. Also got lucky one time and my Faceless Summoner summoned Brann Bronzebeard. It was epic! :-)
Wow! That's awesome! I figured it's peak would be around ~12 maybe 10! But 8 is amazing! I haven't pushed it on ladder yet, trying to get build some other budget decks for new players of the expansions!
Nice deck, thanks a lot!
C'Thun 24/24 is amazing *Jaina's voice*
Her "Wow" emote is the best thing in this game.
Dude, this deck is awesome. Three wins in a row, thank you
I'm sorry you didn't meet success with the deck, what rank are you playing at? Where did you find the deck struggling?
Really good, fun and cheap deck. Fun quest for standard wins
Worthless moron deck
This deck is insane =)
Really fun deck! Since this is a budget deck, are there any revisions you would recommend if one acquires a little more dust?
So I am no expert by any means so maybe someone else can answer this better than I can. So it depends what your dust situation is. If you are close to 1600 I would craft Twin Emperor Vek'lor It's just such an insane card for C'thun decks. By turn 7 you will have a 10 attack C'thun at least 95% of the time. If you plan on playing C'thun decks this is a no brainer. As for less expensive replacements I would take out Sen'jin Shieldmasta and replace him with Crazed Worshipper and I might even drop a Polymorph and add a second one. I could also possible see the removal of Skeram Cultist with Sylvanas Windrunner
So I think Brann is an interesting card to include with C'thun decks at the moment. I currently haven't had any problems getting my C'thun up to 15-20 by turn 10. While Brann would certainly increase the size of your C'thun he doesn't make an immediate impact from many of the battlecries (unless of course you keep him alive the turn before C'thun which is then an auto win). If you have him, throw him in there and see how it works out, at the current moment I would NOT recommend a f2p or budget player trying to buy LOE just to include Brann.
