Im a french casual player who havent spend a lot of money on the game (i still bought Naxx and BRM), Shaman was the first class i really enjoyed playing and started climbing ladder, this is my own deck even though the core of shaman decks is mostly the same. 

Im calling it hybrid cause it's not really a control deck and no really a bloodlust one either (even though im playing one).

I'd say it's a tempo deck all about board control (just like every shaman deck ever)

General Mulligan : well, just try to get Zombie Chow, Totem Golem and removals, u can keep Tuskarr Totemic too, and Piloted Shredder but only if u have the coin.

Tell me in comments if u want me to write a detailed guide, if someone wants one ill take the time to do it. Same for any advices you may have.
